Worst property ever…..we had a worst experience of our life here… the lady host here was horrible we had given her advance already then also she was calling us again and again for the remaining payment before check in… she lied to us about the property…. Property was in worst condition plaster from ceiling was falling water was coming from upstairs there was some construction going on upstairs we were not aware about that she should had told us before about that construction but she lied and she had charged double amount from us for this pathetic property…. Switches were broken.. we didn’t felt safe there there were workers outside being a girl I didn’t felt safe…. And she didn’t told us that there is a ashram next to there property….. no proper beds were given i am uploading a video of this horrible property u can see by urself the worst condition of this property and that lady host needs to learn dome manners we were not Staying there for free u should know how to talk to customer’s first…. Fraud place horrible ambience… pls don’t go there and waste your time… go at your own risk

Worst property ever. ... Staffs are unprofessional n mannerless Kitchen accessories r not available RO not working Music not allowed 🚫 And there is always a construction 🚧 so no privacy and safety any one can Enter by roof. They don't allow to play music This property near Ashram and Residencial area, neighbors and Ashram complaint for music. Rooms condition are worst lights switches not working AC remotes are not available All over this property is not for any party and not even for normal stay because in morning there is no peace..

Picture perfect from outside, not so much from inside. House has musty, mouldy smell of dampness, not just the house, even the bed, bedsheets, blanket etc had same smell. Being allergic it was a nightmare for me. Care taker was helpful. Other things were ok.

It was really nice place I stayed there for more than two days I really like the ambience as well as the staff they are highly discilplined and cooperative overall it was really nice experience.

I have booked sunvilla from 11/1/22 to 13/1/22 on their website. Booking done on 24/11/21. Rs 6000/ fully paid . On 28/11/21 due to omicron varient we cancel the booking and ask her for refund. From 28 to 8 Dec continues trying for refund. They denied though I have genuine reason and so early inform. They blocked our phone nos and if we call them on another phone they doesn't agree to pay refund.. SUKHPRIT AND HER BOSS IS BIGGEST CHEATER AND FRAUD PLEASE NO ONE SHOULD DO BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THEM

Nice place to spend weekend. Best part is that its within city limits and still close to nature. Management is good and property covers almost all required amenities.

Rooms were good. The swimming pool, washrooms were also very well maintained. Good for weekend get away with friends.

The host woman was worst this property is a nightmare don't go here go at your own risk the pool is only good the rooms were dirty the bathroom was dirty as host has no manners she charged us double worst experience Hate it hate it
