Absolute disastrous experience. It all starts with an unfriendly reception team. It all looks great in photos. Inside rooms are bad and damp smell around. Bathrooms are of low standard. Morning breakfast is good and tasty but the seating is outdoor. Wifi is not reachable, TV wont work. Only good thing about the hotel is the house keeping staff who are supportive. Not at all value for money.

It was a great experience for me as I went there with my toddler and husband. It is in the outer of the city with good connectivity. Staff members were helping. It has a swimming pool which was clean and a play area with slide,swings,etc. Food was good too. You can get room service or can eat in restaurants also it has both. Complimentary breakfast too. Overall it was a great experience for me.

I visited here for 3-4 times for breakfast and food. Quality is good and taste is okay. Rate is reasonable. Good seating arrangements, washrooms are clean. The place has an ample parking space.

The hotel is Highway touch which makes it convenient. Looks great from the outside. But inside, the rooms are dirty. Hard water stains all over in the washroom, broken bathroom fittings, dirty commode. Rooms had a damp smell, bedding has a weird smell, looks good from outside but absolutely disappointing from the inside.

Restaurant good owner is also good but the staff is less trained,they would like to insult you before your kids and wife and family members so not good for family,that's is to be taken care ,they should be given behavioural training,see people go big but they should not forget that it is all temporary and can be vanished anytime,Owner should take care.

I recently visited Restaurant and was thoroughly unimpressed. The food was subpar, lacking flavor and presentation. The service was slow and unfriendly, with our server seemingly disinterested in attending to our needs. To make matters worse, the glassware and plates had visible dirty marks, which raised serious concerns about the restaurant's cleanliness and attention to detail. Overall, I'd advise others to explore alternative dining options. Had a wonderful time at Meghdoot Resort Indoor! The place is beautifully designed, clean, and very well-organized. The indoor facilities are fantastic — perfect for relaxation and fun with family or friends. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. You can feel the calm and peaceful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend Meghdoot Resort Indoor for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quality experience. Definitely planning to visit again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured that every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth. A special thanks to Executive Kuldeep, whose anticipation of our group’s needs was truly outstanding. He was always one step ahead—whether it was room arrangements, meals, or addressing individual queries. His efficiency, patience, and proactive approach made our stay seamless and stress-free. All our concerns were handled promptly, and every request was met with a smile. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for both group and individual stays.
