MTDC Resort Ganpatipule

The location is great ambience is nice but house keeping needs improvement. The service needs to be improved a lot. The canteen has limited options for breakfast and is closed early. The areas around the building and cottage need to be maintained for pests as they tend to enter the rooms. The beach was nice but needs cleaning. The resort is just infront of the temple hence very convenient.

Had a fantastic experience staying here with family for 2 nights. View from our room (the seafront cottage) was beautiful, the place was very close to the temple and the service was good too. Only docking one star because the boat club was closed.

The non-ac rooms where we stayed were old school and need upgradation. However the room was a sea facing one hence it compensated this. The location of hotel is superb and premises is extremely good. Restaurant is bit costlier but majority of food items available.

Overall the experience was quite good. Rooms were clean & good. Water heater available. AC was cooling quite well. Beds were comfortable. Overall the experience of bamboo cottages was amazing. Would highly recommend it.

So I was staying at Bamboo Houses. It was spacious near to sea. There are 2 hotels inside,And the temple is in walkable distance.. Overall an amazing resort with great basic amenities..

Based on reviews we were not expecting much except views. We were in the cottages and the location is amazing sea facing. Food was bad, no choice of dishes. Room service was barely available. And above all it was difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view because of the dozens of dogs.

One of the gem....Best place to visit in Costal Maharashtra. This is the property of MTDC I believe, the place is awesome, adjacent to the beach....try to book a sea facing cottage, which will give u a chance to enjoy the beautiful view from its balcony. Direct access to the beach....u can visit the famous Ganpati temple by walking from the beach only....best Hoonymoon destination. 4stars only for the location and ambiance. They r charging 6-7k for cottage only for the location and ambiance.... nothing great in rooms ...old and unwashed blanket,small room, slow service, lack of cleanliness in room. One thing about this place is Alcohol is strictly prohibited and consumption is not allowed.

Best place to stay. Rooms are spacious n wel furnished. We enjoy to stay at beach. Surroundings is best. Location is best. Only needs improvement in food n restaurant.
