Shri Mahalakshmi Holiday Resort

We booked the rooms for one night for 15th August to 16th August. When we reached the resort the area was quiet and dark. We were utterly disappointed with the rooms. The washroom wasn't properly cleaned, the living room was damp and too hot compared to the outer area. Beds provided were uncleaned, only one water bottle was provided. There were mosquitoes in the room. No tea or coffee offered which was promised while booking. No towels were provided. Literally we wasted our money cause rates were high compared to other stay options. We got much better service next day in Bhaktniwas at Kasheli at a very low price.

Can we give minus 5 star to a place? Then this is it! You name the problem and it's there. Untidy and unhygienic rooms with non-working ACs, torn bedsheets and mattresses, hard pillows, namesake restaurant where insects fell on the food plate while eating, unkept garden, and what not... Don't know how they named this place a "resort", it's miles away from being even a normal motel! It would be better to stay in a humble cottage or homestay where it's maintained neat and clean. Please do not book this place even if it's free.

This is review of cottage room. Room and outside area is not clean. There is garbage spread infront and next to the cottage. Nobody bothered to clean. Please check photos Toilet and bathroom has no seperate cealing/slab. It is part of room only so you will get smell inside room when someone uses toilet. You can get better option at cheaper price near to temple. Management behaviour is rude. Even after paying advance and booking confirmation room was given to some other customer due to online booking. No idea about other rooms and food service.

Rooms are not maintained, toilet flush was leaking, jet spray not working,no food service at all , no tea or any breakfast provided, fan dose not have speed options , it was worst stay experience. No security , no cctv

Clean & spacious rooms, about 1.5 km from Ganpatipule temple & beach, nice location. they have a restaurant offering delicious home made food (veg & non-veg). Supportive staff.

Located near Ganpatipule in nature’s surrounding. With lot of trees around its an average place in terms of food, stay and amenities. Rooms are very small with no tv and one bed thats it. Washrooms are clean and neat. Food taste was average. But staffs are very cooperative, service is good.

Shree Mahalakshmi Holiday resort & hotel is too bad. Here the guests are robbed. The behavior of the manager is very bad. In our case, the money has been taken by lying. Rooms are sold here in a false manner. I want to tell everyone that no one should go to this hotel, The hotel manager took Rs 765 for the room, then took Rs 1500 from us on arrival at the hotel and recovered Rs 2000 by threatening to leave the room in the morning,And did not return Rs.500 in advance.

Shree Mahalakshmi holiday hotel is very bad, customers are cheated here, money is looted, money is taken from customers by threatening, we want to tell everyone what happened in our case. We called the hotel 2-3 days ago and asked them to book our room, but they said No need for it, you can come anytime,but then we said we will come from work if we come early at 4-4,30 then the manager said it is ok. And when we reached the hotel there was no one there. one old man got up and opened the room for us. Then in the morning he took Rs. 1500 from us, then threatened to take back Rs. 2000 in the evening and took Rs 500. This is done by directly cheating and threatening, the manager here treats the customers in a very bad way.
