I’ve been visiting Zara Resort every year since 2015 with my family, friends, and our school student groups. Their service has always been very good. The resort is neat, clean, and well-maintained with proper hygiene. The food quality is excellent, and they offer a lavish buffet menu. The staff is polite and helpful. Check-in is quick, usually done within 5 minutes, and the room service is also good. I highly recommend that if anyone is planning to visit Lonavala, they should definitely stay at Zara Resort in Khandala.

I had a wonderful stay at Zara’s Resort! The location was absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful experience at Zara’s Resort, Lonavala. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities made our stay memorable. A special thanks to Mr.Sohail, who handled everything extremely well. From the very beginning, he managed our booking in a smooth and hassle-free way. He was very professional, polite, and always available to assist us with any queries. As part of a Lions convention, I was very happy with the overnight stay in Zara. The location is scenic, and the maintenance is upto date. My room/bathroom were spacious, clean and well-appointed. The ample staff were always on their toes to serve us. Also appreciated was the ample car parking facility where - besides a slew of our cars - even our 52-seater coach could be accommodated.
