Sereniity Resort , Lonavala

Very good room service, rooms were hygienic and food was also good. Very good for family, there is an indoor sport space where you can have good sport time like carrom and Table tennis. Swimming pool was not maintained well. I would suggest to have better conversation with respect to check-in and checkout timing's as that was not so customer friendly.

Service is excellent. Food is too good. All staff very polite and helpfull. I recommend every one to come to this resort. Price is very reasonable. We get value fro money.

We had a cottage booked as guests for a wedding. The beds weren't comfortable, the ac was broken, the house was dirty, the sofa beds caused me allergy and they didn't have any extra bed sheets for the sofa bed. Moreover, I had to walk to the reception to wake up the guy responsible, and he refused to get up. I had to literally shake him by the shoulder nonstop for a minute and then he asked me to come in the morning. I requested him politely to get me bedding on which he did so. They also charged us for extra towels. It's a hotel in shambles and I'd advise you to please spend your money elsewhere.

Average resort. Food served was hygienic and affordable. The mirror and the curtains were not clean. Extra money had to be paid for 2 hours early check-in. Check-out timings are odd. The resort authorities don’t give any time relaxation to customers during check-out.

Very nyc service and support of every staff . Food quality and quantity is excellent. Nature is awesome . Receptionist aakanksha is too humble helped everyone to settle down . Best memories every. NXT tme will definitely visit with my family and friends

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.

All staff was very hospitable.Especially Arjun,Gautam, Sampada were very nice ,helpful and ready-to-help always. Service was too good. Breakfast,lunch, dinner was sumptuous and full of variety. Thanks a lot Serenity resorts !!
