We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial Grand! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! The premises was good with ample parking space. We have opted for dinner and breakfast both and the quality of food and variety was good. The staff was helpful and service was good. Room and washroom was clean. There are no extra entertainment activities as such except swimming pool so good for one night stay. It doesn't provide 4-5 star experience but overall it was satisfactory stay.

i had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Nice! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais and Old Town, making it easy to explore the city’s vibrant attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with a stunning sea view that made mornings magical. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast was more like a generous brunch, with good variety and taste. The food overall was quite good and satisfying.||One of the highlights was the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property offers great value for money, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Real good experience. The two nights and three days stay at the hotel was nice one. Food and service was also good. Mr Jackson whom we were coordinating with was very helpful.

Real grateful to the Hotel and to the extremely polite and hospitable staff. My 75 year old mother who has issues with her gut was catered to in a special way by Chef Vishnu, Ram Sen, and the ever smiling Shehnaz. Always grateful to you guys !

There is a direct way to reach out to rooms above restsurant yet the staff makes their guests go via reception climb 1 floor and then go 1 floor down again. That's so illogical. Service by staff is excellent, polite, courteous. Food and menu is very good. Great swimming pool and restsurant.

Food Quality The resort offers a mix of North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese fare, and live buffet stations added flair. Most dishes were flavorful and freshly prepared. The food met expectations commendably Staff The team shone with warmth and dedication. Mr Sanjay Debnath the restaurant manager, was very cooperative, friendly demeanor . Ambience Set away from the hustle of Lonavala’s main streets, the resort offers a quieter, more serene vibe. The dining area felt spacious, clean, and inviting, suitable for both family meals and quiet business lunches .
