THE SUNSHINE RESORT

Pros: 1. Staff is Polite 2. Service is good 3. Location is a bit inside which keeps you away from the noise and general stores and wine shop is just outside the hotel 4. Clean rooms Cons: 1. Basic amenities were lacking.The room did not have the usual toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar sachets, and kettle & soap was provided only after I had to call the reception. 2. If compared to high food prices then the food at the hotel was also not up to the mark. The options were limited, and the taste was average. 3. Washrrom was stinking. We had to call housekeeping to get it cleaned, which they did promptly.

Rooms should have more arrangements for keeping items/bags, in room as well as bathroom. Space for raincoat hanging in balcony can be provided. Rooms should be made ready, before check-in. I had a bad experience in this.

The service is at par.. Staff is cooperative and helpful Hotel situated at center of everything though the food is little overpriced rest was just amazing strongly recommandable..

Great hotel. Rooms are very good for the price. The hotel is situated on a relatively silent lane and so it's quieter and away from the hustle-bustle, something like one desires when visiting a hill station. It has car and bike parking, double rooms. Rooms are clean and the service is nice. I found bedsheets not up to the mark on visiting the room but on request, they did change every bedsheet and pillow cover. Food is not included in the stay. Coming directly will save some bucks. We were 5 people who stayed in delux 4-bed's room and paid ₹3500/- on a weekend.
