We spent 200rs more per day at the time of booking for breakfast. and there breakfast was terrible. only poha or upma was offered. which was also cold. Views from room were good actually, Sunset from balcony were instagrammeble Biggest issue was on Saturday night whole buildings water tank was empty and. there were no water until the morning 7:30 AM. so even for washroom there was no water No Tea available at afternoon or night. rooms had cockroach. not clean, no quick service of any kind Unnecessary expansive, waste of money

I am disappointed with my recent stay at your resort. The overall service experience was quite unprofessional and delayed. Basic amenities such as towels, water bottles, tea/coffee sachets, and even the kettle were missing from the room upon check-in, which was highly inconvenient. Food service was also unsatisfactory—delayed and very restricted in terms of time and flexibility. Moreover, I had specifically requested and was assured of a ground floor room a day in advance. However, during check-in, I was informed that the room was unavailable, which reflects a lack of coordination and reliability. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay.

Overall Fine stay. Rooms were decent but can be improved better for the hotel prices. Services were good, people were quite nice and helpful during the stay. Location wasn't quite accessible, autorickshaw prices are quite high in lonavala.

Hotel Review Dream Holidays Resort Lonavala (1★) Purpose: Work-related Trip ❌ Extremely disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend. Service was terribly slow despite multiple follow-ups. Promised dental kit was not provided even after reminders. Rooms had bad smell, especially from the bed and bathroom – extremely unhygienic. No telephone in the room to order food an all. We had to personally go downstairs even to get Bisleri water. Breakfast was included but absolutely not worth it – quality and options were poor. Shockingly, rooms had cockroaches/insects, indicating no proper pest control. Overall, it was a waste of money and a major letdown. Please don’t trust the photos online – actual condition is far worse. Not recommended at all – there are better

Overall stay was excellent, they have co opreated in every possible way, rooms and services are also excellent and pool was much clear. The only concern is food, of course we are late bt the sequence of food and service on table was little bit compromised may be due to lack of staff. Qaulity of food little bit ok. But if you want to stay at resort then property is excellent. Talking about gaming area, dont expect much because those are in broken conditions and not well maintained.

One of the best hotels i had ever checked in. Rooms , food , hygiene , service all was on top and we were treated as special guests. It made our trip to lonawala and khandala a memorable one. Mr Salman , the hotel manager and his Staff was quite helpful as they arranged everything whatever we asked. Food was very delicious veg non veg both as the restaurant service manager mr Jayesh Mehta was very helpful. Over all a highly recommended property for accommodation.

We had an amazing stay at Lonavala Dream Holiday Resort! The rooms were clean and had stunning views. The food was delicious! Special mention to Mr. Salman, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. His assistance made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall experience was nice, service is very good. Specially Jayesh who was always available but room had few problems, sometime water was not coming. And not a great view from balcony. Parathas in breakfast was very good.
