Pros: 1. Staff is Polite 2. Service is good 3. Location is a bit inside which keeps you away from the noise and general stores and wine shop is just outside the hotel 4. Clean rooms Cons: 1. Basic amenities were lacking.The room did not have the usual toiletries, tea/coffee/sugar sachets, and kettle & soap was provided only after I had to call the reception. 2. If compared to high food prices then the food at the hotel was also not up to the mark. The options were limited, and the taste was average. 3. Washrrom was stinking. We had to call housekeeping to get it cleaned, which they did promptly.

My stay at Sunshine Resort, Lonavala, was delightful. The rooms were very clean and neat, offering excellent value for money. The food was delicious, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
