Club Mahindra Resort - Sherwood, Mahabaleshwar, Maharashtra

Set amidst a lot of greenery the resort gives access to fresh and high-quality air. The overall layout of the resort and the size of the property are wonderful with access to wonderful treks (Connect with Sahil from the team there, who did a wonderful job on our trek). The upkeep of the rooms left a lot to desire and was a let-down by our standards and also against expectations from a Club Mah property. We had to switch rooms after the first night itself. The paths within the resort were broken down (explained to us as an impact of rain) and one has to be watchful. Hopefully, they will repair them and get them up and running to make it safe. The staff at the spa was very cordial and we had a good time at the spa (having pre-booked). Club Mah needs to make up their mind on what they want to do with the property (keep or release) and do the needful, saving members from the trouble of utilising their holidays if they decide to discontinue.

the overall experience was very pleasant. Moe Konyak and Anni helped us and was a great host. Tejas Sisi Imle and Gaytri served us great at the restaurant. Mahesh and Sunir were great hosts. Sunir,the swimming pool staff also was very helpful

Pretty decent place for a family vacation ! Very neat and clean and very cozy and bigger rooms . The staff is extremely excellent and love the hospitality! Each and every staff member was helpful and very friendly |Buffet was the best ! |Don’t forget to ask them about their musical family night during dinner |Will come again

### Review of Sherwood Club Mahindra Resort Mahabaleshwar I recently stayed at Sherwood Club Mahindra Resort Mahabaleshwar and had a very bad experience. While the natural surroundings were stunning and truly a highlight of the property, several aspects fell short of expectations. Firstly, the food service was notably slow, which was frustrating, especially during peak meal times. Additionally, my attempts to reach the staff by phone were often unsuccessful, leading to delays in addressing our needs. For the price we paid, I expected a more luxurious experience, but the accommodations felt cramped. The hotel unit, in particular, was quite small and didn’t meet the expectations set by the price point. Furthermore, the food prices were on the higher side, but the portion sizes did not match the cost, leaving us feeling underwhelmed. In summary, while the beautiful natural surroundings make Sherwood a pleasant destination, the service, room size, and food pricing left much to be desired. I hope they address these issues for a more enjoyable stay in the future.

Staff is very pilote and helpful. Property is nice overall. Food isn’t up to the mark at all for the price they charge. Special thanks to Rohit Dhebe and Mr . Chauhan from the staff who helped us at night when we were stuck outside the resort road late at night due to a tree that had fallen down. They were very prompt in rescuing us from there in a vehicle.

Being club mahindra member the BR 1 room was booked and we are not happy with the maintenance. Bathroom was dirty . I doubt whether they changed or washed the curtains over years and walls were full of mold.. On request they shifted us to their studio apartment which was much better and maintained as it was recently renovated As usual club Manindra properties are superb. Food is good and rest service is okay

Extremely happy and satisfied with the service by Gulnaz and Asmita during our stay for 2 days.. great experience and service excellence displayed to not only us but all around.. they served us nice customized food as well..
