Adamo The Resort, Matheran

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the exceptional quality of service and the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was assistance with local recommendations or any special requests, they were prompt and attentive. Adamo has big name but I don't find like great as such over there, first of all, room is not pleasant, not enough lights in room, it's deem light, outside area is nice and calm but they are putting lights off after 10 pm outside and secondly it's very strict, time to time lunch and dinner, wifi was not coming inside the room. Their food was good quality and tasty.

Some people are running fake holiday promotion package in the name of royal moonlight holiday from this resort, don’t fall for it They invite people roaming around giving scratch cards which you can redeem only after attending personally. They tell you that it’s a promotion event of 1 hour where they will tell you about their properties across India but once you reach they start pitching their holiday package and if you refuse to buy they start intimidating you. Be safe and don’t go if you don’t want to ruin your day

One of the most beautiful resort in matheran to stay. Very good rooms. Very good service. Very nice ambiance. Very good location. Resort is in the middle of market. Horse and self riding rikshow is easily available.

The food and location there was good, but those were the only thing that were good there. After showing the wifi facility in the package, you come to know that the wifi does not work at all in the room, they tell you that it works in varanda, but there also the range is very weak, and when the electricity goes out they don't even have a generator for backup, so we have to sit in that black out waiting for the electricity to come back. And we had booked two rooms, so I don't know how when I came out of the shower there was water everywhere on the floor even under the bed.

I stayed in Adamo Village with my family. While roaming around in the main market, I was approached by a person offering a scratch card. There is a scam running in the basement of Adamo resort. These people get your attention by convincing that you've won a free price and then try to get you sign up for a membership plan for ROYAL MOONLIGHT RESORT. There is no network in the basement so that you can't contact anyone for advice. They don't let you think and are too desparate to get you on their contract. There were TV boxes already opened and in damaged condition which they said is for the price winners. What a joke. Everything seems fishy. PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THEIR BIG TALKS...!!!! Request to the property owner- please don't allow them to loot people. I was impressed by the property.

A good place right in the market. It is counted to be one of the most luxurious resort of Matheran. There is a problem with Monkeys which can enter your rooms if you forgot your windows open. It's not luxurious enough compare to resorts in other places but with respect to Matheran it's awesome.

We visit Matheran twice a year for the past 4 years & have been staying at Adamo The Resort every time.||Wonderful location, great food, great pool & park area but the rooms calls for immediate renovation.||The rooms are good but they are tired , bathroom is poorly lit, furniture in the room is decaying & not worth using.||Till now they did not have much competition as most other resorts are in even worst condition so they were the best amongst the lot.||But this time we visited Regal Hotel & they have completely revamped the entire property.||All the rooms have been completely renovated & refurbished, so is the swimming pool area & even te dining hall.||Definitely during our next visit in November, we will stay at Regal
