Coconut Lagoon Beach Resort

Keep this as last option if you don't find room at last moment. Most worst hotel in hospitality mgmt. Even people who are managing the show there are fed up and would choose to shut down at moment. Zero spend on maintenance and basic amenities in room are missing. Also the structure in which rooms are located is highly unstable. Would recommend don't even think of booking here. Very sad place and one will feel like entering hell. Food was good out of no option for them. I booked for two nights but quit hotel next day.

Don't even keep this as the last option. Very bad service and exorbitant prices of rooms. Rooms are very dirty. They didn't change the beedsheets and pillow cover. The bathroom was dirty. Charged Rs. 2000 per night. Didn't provide toiletries. Air conditioner was not working properly, It was getting reset automatically to 28 degree even after setting it to 20 degree. Very unhygienic place.

The location of the hotel is good but the ambience is pathetic. We (family) stayed here for 2 days. We booked an AC room but to our surprise the AC never worked. We complained to the manager but he spoke as if he was doing a favor to us. He was very rude. The bedsheets were very dirty and was changed after repeated reminders. The room was smelling as they don't maintain the room. Even the goodnight liquid was empty and after repeated reminders they came and changed it . If you are planning for a vacation with your kids then this is not the place to be. I thought of writing this review so that someone else could be benefitted out of this. The hotel restaurant is also very slow and serves the food after 1 and a half hour of placing the food request. The next day we decided to eat outside and not wait for 1 and a half hours.

We were three families visited in Aug. Rooms were neat & clean & has basic amenities. sea food was delicious. Has limited staff but service was very good. Good location having direct access to beach. There was no activities on beach because of monsoon but those who love nature it is worth going this place in monsoon.

This resort ( can not say resort) is OK for stay, but I have been charged Rs. 2750.00 per night for so called deluxe room. Which I did not find reasonable for the over all service and the room quality. Just the name is attractive.||||The hotel guy is not a professional. I have stayed here with my wife and son. The hotel owner asked me at 5:00pm that if you would have dinner here, I ask him for dinner at 7:00pm, then is served dinner at 9:45pm. in between at 8:00 pm I asked him some Dal -rice for my son (4 years old), he replied that "whatever we can provide at 9:30 pm only, if you need anything before that, you can search outside". Also if you want breakfast , you need to tell us in advance that too a night before.||||But the overall service quality is very poor.||||I do not recommend this to stay, unless any other place available.

The hotel is placed adjacent to the beach. Rooms were a bit congested but very clean.||Service was good. Rooms were between coconut plantation. Very peaceful . My kid loved it. ||Food options were less but was homemade cheap delicious and fresh.

I stayed at the coconut lagoon resort over a long weekend, (good friday).Hotel was horrible with dirty bedsheets, long hours of waiting for pathetic food and zero hospitality. Infact the owner was so rude, I was upset .. thinking these people should be taken to a consumer court!! we are paying money for a decent stay and we deserve that much hospitality ... we were with 2 small kids and he was not even ready to change bedsheets. Food quality was very bad ... not worth the 2 hrs wait ... only good thing was the access to beach from the resort.

I went to this hotel last week with my family. very Bad experience. The lady working there is very rude. There is no humanity. No one Should Go to this Hotel. You mood and money will be bad.
