Abhilasha Villa

Location is perfect and villa is well maintained. Food was also super dilicious but quantity was less and when asked about the quantity care takers were rude and mean as if we were getting served for free. Though the owner promised us tht we will get to use the kitchen, care takers didn't allow us to enter the kitchen and locked it. Unwelcoming gesture by care takers made us a little uncomfortable and difficult to communicate with them. It is not a right place for group of friends because they have ample of restrictions. A beautiful place to stay. Villa and cottages are well maintained and clean along with the decent size pool. Staffs were very cooperative and best part is their homestyle delicious non-veg food. The villa is approx. near 1.5 km from the nagaon beach. Definitely a revisit place.

Owner is absolutely professional in communication. Caretaker husband and wife are absolutely humble and polite in dealing with us and that caretaker madam is awesome in cooking....10/10 for the food quality. Absolutely hygiene rooms. Swimming pool is the perk of the holiday....my kid was in pool for hours n hours ....no restriction at all from owner......avoid only Tuesday due to almost full day loadshading issue. (Talk with owner if this schedule may change)....must visit place especially if members are more than 15-20.👍👍

There is no option to add 0 stars so have to give 1. Worst experience ever. The owner is very rude has no manners to speak. Despite of all clarifications made before the visit regarding food the owners denies on everything. Owner expects us to bring food raw material for the cook in case of storage. IMP note for people who still wish to visit the villa: 1. The villa is not a private place there are cottages attached to it which shares the pool ( this is expected by the owner for you to know before hand) 2. There are electricity and water, greaser problem which has no back up and expected by us to fill up the water tank. 3. If you get the commitment that the food is unlimited, then don’t expect you will be getting it. 4. In case if you end up arranging your food after insufficient food served by the villa people then charge you extra for using the kitchen to heating up the food. 5. The villa owner is watching you all the time through cctv which is not mentioned anywhere. 6. The pool has time to visit which is again not mentioned anywhere but expect us to know before.

Had a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The place is beautifull with well maintained pool and the staff is super helpful and make awesome food. The rooms are quiet big with clean washrooms and can easily accomodate large groups. Location is also very good with shops nearby and beach is just 1.5 km away.

Not Recommended! Don't know where to start from but faced multiple issues post visiting the villa (actually not a villa but tied up with cottages so can't consider as a private property) w.r.t food, electricity, facilities, services. Important Note: When there was a conversation done with the owner regarding unlimited food quantity to be provided in order to avoid shortage of the same. So according to the owner the word 'Unlimited' means, 'If you are 15 people then 1kg chicken pp is what she stated' and also when asked how much quantity would be given each time the owner compared on a personal level saying 'How much quantity do you bring in your house' which is totally NOT acceptable. Management and Staff aren't friendly at all and also owner argues and complaints saying the she couldn't afford the bookings taken post a day already spent in the villa rather than stating it directly at the time of bookings taken which is altogether very disappointing.

Awesome villa for group of 10 plus. Property is not so big, but this is the situation of every property in Alibhaug. Food is awesome. Pool is nice. Overall great weekend stop

1. We booked this villa as there is private swimming pool. But after reaching we came to know that there are cottages also. Owner didn't mention this while booking. Even Pictures of cottages are not shared by owner on any booking site. When we called her to ask about cottages, she said there is booking for cottages but guest will come at late night. In evening only those guest came and then staff asked us to move our vehicles so those guest can park theirs. 2. Owner promise us to give unlimited starters for dinner. But only two plates of chicken chilly was served for 15 people. When we call her for the clarification, she said per person 250 gms chicken is counted. On shortage of food when we ask to fry some fries which we carried with us. She charged us Rs. 2000/- for frying fries and cooking maggie (cooked by us not staff) As we were on vacation mood our party was going on over night. Strange thing was staff locked the kitchen. I requested the staff to give warm water as my son had cough. She filled the bottle with warm water and kept inside kitchen and locked the kitchen. Out of 3 bedrooms, in one bedroom geyser was not working. Water shortage was there. Very poor power back-up.
