1. Room is good & spacious 2. Huge drainage problem @ bathroom 3. Room Service Staffs are not well trained specially at the restaurant 4. Service is pathetic from house keepers 5. May be Food is good for others but not for Bengalis 6. Location is very good 7. WiFi is not working inside room
