These are multiple apartments in one confined area with multiple hotels/independent rooms operating inside them. On reaching the gate, security opened the main gate, and asked us to call the property host. After 10 minutes, a young boy came to take details. He guided us to the apartment parking area. We parked there. Holding the luggage, he guided us to the 4th floor of one apartment, to the reception area (One reserved flat). Then again we went down through the lift to the ground floor. The reserved room was in another apartment on the 7th floor. Poorly maintained small sized lifts. We went there and whoa... a one bhk flat. Old and junk room with damaged sockets in the window AC, damaged electricity boards and whatnot! The electricity was not available 24/7, no power backup. No room service or queries for any issues. All details given online are myth. Never try else you will lose the moment. Posted one pic that was really went well.

Do not Book . Do not Book find why 1. Whole night , no power supply in the room. 2. Old bedsheet and poor housekeeping. 3. Drinking water not available after repeated request. Finally I got 2 bottle of drinking water after requested on make my portal support team. 4. I request for room cancel at 9 pm on 28th due to poor service. But no one listens and asking for contact to makemytrip team. 5. At 12:30 am again call to makemytrip support team for cancel my booking and refund or change my booking to other hotel due to no power supply, no AC and fan running. And inside very hot. But the hotel representative did not received as said by the support team and suggest to mail the issue. 6 . Aquaguard is there at 10/7E but not running , no mirror at inside room or in washroom. 7. Electrical box are unsafe and not covered.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From the moment I arrived, nothing went right. The check-in staff were unhelpful and rude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by showing up. The room itself was filthy—stained sheets, a musty smell, and dust everywhere. The bathroom was worse, with mold in the shower and broken fixtures. Noise was another huge issue. Walls were paper-thin, and I could hear conversations, TVs, and even snoring from the rooms next door. Sleeping was nearly impossible. On top of that, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room hot and uncomfortable. The so-called “amenities” were either out of service or poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, and despite repeated requests to the staff, we were never actually provided with a working connection. To make things worse, no outside food or delivery was allowed at the hotel, and the in-house options were extremely limited and unappetizing. The breakfast buffet looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and hygiene and safety standards were clearly not a priority. For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable.

The room did not feel clean, and basic standards of upkeep were clearly lacking — from dirty floors to unwashed linens and an unpleasant smell in the room.||The overall environment did not resemble a hotel or even a decent guesthouse. The decor was outdated and mismatched, and the property lacked the professional touch you'd expect from any hospitality establishment. It felt more like a poorly maintained private lodging than a proper hotel.||The bed was uncomfortable, and I had concerns about whether the bedding had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The bathroom was especially disappointing, with visible dirt, broken fittings, and no toiletries provided.||The food was average at best, but the lack of cleanliness in the dining area made me question hygiene in the kitchen as well.||I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management.||Bhanu Suthar

Pathetic Experience. Booked the hotel after seeing great reviews on Goibibo but after entering the room We realised those reviews are not genuine. We had booked a room for 3 nights but seeing the room condition we left the hotel in 3 hours. I feel it’s completely a scam and I have a strong feeling that these people are having some wrong intentions behind running this business. I have never seen such a dirty room in any hotel in my life. Don’t book this hotel even if you are getting it for free. They don’t even deserve 1 star rating.

it was really pathetic stay.. we have travelled with elderly parents a two year old kid. there was no room service available for food even for tea. no laundry services as mentioned. no kettle. as soon I landed I had to order electric kettle. as it's gated society not dedicated hotel.. so no zomato or blinkit delivery, you will have to walk out from society to receive your order. it was really tough with elderly parents and a child. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Hotel La Platina, and I regret booking it. I made my reservation online through the app "Make My Trip", and they took full advance payment. The app is well trusted by many but they also neglect the details, they should go through the place before they recommend it.However, what I got in return was nothing but disappointment. The room was in a pathetic state—dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from the pictures shown online. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bed sheets and pillows didn’t seem fresh at all. There was dust everywhere, and it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for ages. The staff was extremely slow and unresponsive. No matter how many times I called, they either ignored my requests or took hours to respond. Even basic things like fresh towels and drinking water were not provided unless asked multiple times. 3. Electronics Not Working: The AC was making strange noises and barely worked, the TV not working and the lights were flickering. Even the geyser didn’t work, so there was no hot water available. One of the biggest disappointments was that they had no proper food service. When I asked about meals, they said the kitchen was not operational, and I had to order food from outside. This was not mentioned anywhere while booking, and it was highly inconvenient. The hotel charges a premium price for a budget-level service. The online reviews and pictures were misleading because the reality was completely different. It was overall a very unpleasant stay, and I couldn’t wait to check out. I would never recommend Hotel La Platina to anyone. The management doesn’t care about guests, the services are awful, and the place is not worth a single penny. If you are considering this hotel, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The lift was not working, yet they were still allotting me a room on the 5th floor and 6th floor , which was extremely inconvenient. There was no manager present to handle issues, and shockingly, the cook was managing the hotel. This shows complete mismanagement and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone — avoid it if you want a hassle-free stay.
