We stayed for four nights with a group from our yoga school in Italy. A great experience, good service, clean rooms, fantastic food! All staff are very friendly and helpful. The position is good, with only a 5-10 minutes ride to the Golden Temple.

We (14 members) recently had the pleasure of staying at the Borderland Hotel for 2 nights and 3 days, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hospitality and delicious food were truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly cooperative, humble, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always willing to listen and provide support whenever needed. The hotel's ambiance, amenities, and services all exceeded our expectations. We felt truly welcome and at home during our stay. Attended a business meeting here & the hotel is spruced up well compared to my visit 2 years ago. The staff is outstanding and some of them who went beyond their call of duty were Nitesh, Anil, Chef Vinod, ever-smiling Palka from the F&B, Anas and Saurabh from Front Office. The GM Vikas and Front Office Mgr Rajni - are hands-on in taking excellent care of guests. Some hiccups like running hot water, a mild stench in the toilets need to be addressed on priority. The personal involvement of the above named personnel to pamper guests, is the singular USP of this otherwise mediocre place. Good homely food & clean linen are a feel-good factor

The best stay ever ,Great location, Liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms.The staff was very helpful,available at every need . My stay was perfect ,would definitely stay At Sterling Borderland,Asr again. I Will recommend others for sure !

Hospitality is great, Food is really good specially Kulchas. Rooms are neat and clean. Quiet place.Palka and Poonam were of great help in the restaurant. Ms Rajini hosted very well. Amazing Sterling property

Stayed for two days, property is freshly renovated and gives fresh vibes, Interior is modern and calm, Staff is generous and food is amazing, will be booking the property on my next visit.

We have booked room for 4 days. My complete family had booked 5 rooms for marriage function. All rooms very dirty and construction going on, no room service, lift was not working and there was no house keeping person... And please don't book this hotel rooms. Very pathetic not even single star. Please note: I barely write reviews. I am writing this review out of frustration.
