Moti Mahal - A Heritage Haveli

Devi is fluent in English and as the reservation manager curated our stay going above and beyond. Short walk to the markets, temples, and lake, this hotel is convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind they speak little English. Google Translate helps. Breakfast is good. Wifi is fantastic to work from. Rooms are large, and the bed is comfortable. AC powerful. We stayed during the pushkar camel fair and the area was busy with lots of weddings and praying. Hotel itself wasn't busy. Rooftop breakfast view fantastic. Right next to camels!

It's a semi-heritage haveli. Its is still under construction. No lift. You'll have a swimming pool there. The staff is well mannered but is not professional and trained. They won't understand basic english. Food was okay but can be better. The rooms were good. The washrooms were clean.

It is a good budget hotel. The rooms are sufficiently big with an Almarah, small table, few chairs and a balcony. There is a swimming pool as well. A complimentary breakfast is provided. Service is good, staff are courteous.

Economy hotel with decent accommodations. Breakfast to get you out the door, and room with basic amenities. A market within walking distance.

The Village pool villa was very gud & decent|Had a great time family||The food quality was very good as we prefer Jain food... The taste was amazing & delicious..||Would like to Vist again with friends & family for the quale time||The staff was very cooperative & helpful|Spa was very good for experience||Would like to recommend to everone to visit with family members for relaxation

Great view with excellent service and hotel staff is very cooperative and food was very tasty and nice lake view on rooftop we recommend this hotel thanks ......... swimming pool also clean and market distance is only 10 minutes walking...

Hotel staff was rude with having genrater also dint start light was not there. Giving rude answer for 2 rooms we can't start genrater this was not expected pls think before booking the hotel very bad behaviour

This hotel is not worth staying. They refused lunch for our family and friends.They refused to check in and use Toilet for our children. My Grandchildren had suffered a lot. Refused to refund the amount paid for the room saying that Make my Trip was responsible for it. Hospitality Nothing worth the name "Heritage Haveli". The Front Desk staff was incourtious and arrogant. People should think twice before booking this hotel. I personally don't recommend to stay.
