Its a good hotel , a vintage plus aesthetic one. U will feel like a shady place at first as when we went there , we were the only one staying there . It was an off season. But the service is too good, food was yummy with great quantity. Room was clean

Great location, The look of the resort is amazing|beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was amazing tasty & great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I think only two room were occupied when we stayed there. Very strange atmosphere... very large and comfortable room, nice swimming pool, great food, but not the 'resort' displayed on the website...

Booked the entire Hotel for a family function. With a kind of property and location it holds it's a pity.... The unprofessional attitude and lack of staff ruined the entire stay. No running hot water, dusty floors, wet and choked bathrooms and to add to agony no intercoms and no one to attend at the reception... They hardly deliver what they have committed.. Still I believe that they will be professional next time and come up with better staff and hospitality. Highly disappointed... confirm 10 times before booking

I stayed for two days and did not see any staff available for assistance. The rooms were very dirty, and I couldn't even find a room number tag on display. Hygiene and sanitation were significant issues. I didn’t notice any CCTV cameras or security guards, and none of the rooms were connected to the main reception. Wild stray dogs and cats were roaming the entire property, and the fixtures and furniture were in poor condition. No toiletries were provided. In short, this property and its management are not capable of properly accommodating guests. I would give it zero stars.

Beautiful bungalow-style resort with charming gardens and access to the roof. The main house resembles a palace, the courtyards are beautifully homey. The restaurant area is a bit chilly. The breakfast was very rudimentary but the service made up for everything. And we must have looked pathetic over yoghurt and boiled egg and got an Indian breakfast. This was so delicious. You have to try the cuisine, even if not everything is in stock. But that's not a bad thing. The hotel is not in the city, where you can do some quick shopping.
