The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, though some minor maintenance issues were noticeable. The food was decent but slightly overpriced. Overall, it was a good experience for the price, with a convenient location for travelers.

I recently stayed at Turban valley View resort and spa and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel excels in every aspect, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool. It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers to relax. Whether you want to swim or just unwind by the poolside, it’s a great place to spend time. I had an incredible stay at Turban Valley View Resort & Spa! Everything about this resort exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. The location was stunning—nestled in a scenic valley with breathtaking views. It was peaceful and serene while still being close to local attractions. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and spotless, with comfortable beds . The housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect. The swimming pool was a highlight! The infinity pool overlooked the valley, making it the perfect place to relax. The water was crystal clear, and the loungers were comfortable. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. The experience at this property was disappointing and far below expectations. Upon arrival, we had booked four rooms, but all of them were in poor condition and clearly in need of maintenance. The staff were mopping the floor while wearing dirty shoes, leaving more dirt behind—so much so that I had to mop the floor myself.||The bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with blocked drains and no shower curtain, causing water to splash onto the commode, making it unusable.||Adding to the discomfort, the road-facing rooms had no access to fresh air, and with a split AC system, the ventilation was terrible. Staying in a room without fresh air for three days was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.||Initially, the staff were unresponsive, but they eventually began addressing our concerns, which I appreciate. However, given the price we paid, the quality of service and accommodations were not up to par. The photos of the property are misleading and do not reflect the reality of its condition.||The food was average at best, adding to an overall underwhelming stay.

I along with my wife stayed with other friends as couple. We went through a horrble experience here. Hotel rooms are pretty bad. Not worth the money at all. Their AC does not work well. Food is pathetic. I would strongly recommend NOT TO USE this resort for any purpose at all. Staff and manager behavior was absolutely unprofessional. Their staff even misbehave with the guest. They can ask for ransom from you, so, be careful.

Actually we had booked 6 premium suits. We came to resort before check in time due our BUS timing and night travel, personally that GM is very good person to they treated like family and they arranged all facilities to take a rest for our group… And also food is awesome soecial chiken … i had never eat like this , awesome taste…

The hotel is majestic and the hospitality is commendable. The food preparation here is excellent. The staff is certainly very friendly and helpful specially Manju. The overall living experience here is great. Recommending to stay here whenever anyone visits udaipur.

I recently spent a 2 days at valley view resort and it was an unforgettable experience. But room is not maintainance some of thing like light AC was not working properly. The food was exceptional, with a wide range of options at restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive I really got good food service kailashi and vikas and umend ji. The resort's facilities were top-notch, including the massive pool and world-class spa. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for its exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and unbeatable location. For room they are going to upgrade by apr 25.
