NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY & couples!!! Doors without lock & rude staff & they will allow someone inside without your knowledge even u pay for whole building!! Very worst experience I had with family n kids ! They ask you to stay without locking doors and while booking they said it’s individual n private for you ! But while checked in some two to three bachelors was there in next room ! Later one girl with mask went inside room ! While asking that said you should not bother them u can be in your room and swimming pool if needed ! staff is very rude and they threatened us as a family at midnight they sent us out by arguing rudely! I wasted my money time and peace here ! I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR STAY!! If you ask question they will threaten you by saying they are wealthy!! Worst ever .. unsafe … unprofessional.. attached all photos n videos for reference!

Good villa for a team or family gathering of 25 members. Not having much amenities or fancy open space. Beach is in walking range.

Pros: * This place is in Panyur before the toll if you travel from Chennai. * This place is quite. * Very private.. But.. Cons: * You have to be quite. * If you dance or sing, Police would come and if you do not know how to handle them, you have to bribe them from 1000 Rs to 500 Rs. * Even in swimming pool, you have to be quite or again police would come right into the property. * The furnitures are very cheap and old. * If the furniture damaged further, then they would ask you for 3 times the payment. * 350Rs plastic chair was charged 1000 Rs from us. * No matter how many bedrooms you book, you have only 1 kitchen with 2 burner stove. * This is not a Beach resort. * Beach is far away, it's a casual long walk up n down. * You will get booked thru an agent because this property owner is someone else. * overall Super Bad experience Mentally. , but 150 mtrs walk will lead you to beach. Great swimming pool, small but descent.
