I recently dined at Chill with Grill inside the Kaldan Samurai resort, and it was an exceptional experience! The ambiance immediately sets the tone – luxurious yet relaxed, with a beautiful aesthetics.||Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The grill options were well-marinated and cooked to perfection.||The staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to respond. Special thanks to Raj for the great service and Amal for the mocktail|||The seating area offers a perfect setting for a relaxed evening. Whether you're a couple, family, or group of friends, the atmosphere caters to all. The outdoor section with a view is highly recommended during sunset.||Pricing is bit higher. Hello. Went for dinner with family last night.. The design of the palace was very beautiful. The atmosphere was good. The attitude of the staff is great.. But it is a pity that except for a couple of dishes, the other dishes are not up to the standard of a five-star hotel.

Had stayed in kaldan Samudra palace this week. The food experience was a total disaster fir vegetarian dinner and breakfast ..|We were about 15 -17of us for a corporate event eve at beach deck . The food starters for veg was totally pathetic with only mushroom and partly cooked broccoli .. very disappointed ….|Then came larger disappointment ..|some rains came and the hotel F&B guys left food uncovered in open … each of buffet dish became 1 lite water .. entire buffet order went waste and we were fully charged fir it.. and we paid huge for not eating ….,|The F&B guys did not even bother to close the food when rain came or cover with a tent|They were just standing saying high rains|….|None of buffet item was eatable and everything had water …. They did not ask us to even com’s r in to restaurant and eat ….|They just packed us off from venue and sent us off to rooms in buggy …|Most of us came back to rooms without food anc ended up ordering room dining with some kichdi, curd rice, burger etc .. They were all charged to room again ….|Never seen such a poor service and careless attitude from a 5/6 star hotel of this class…. Infrastructure can be created ,,, but customers experience was hopeless ..|next day morning breakfast was cold in most of the dishes.. when asked to serve hot , serving bell boys just vanish saying i will come and don’t come back to table .. even vada, poori, Pongal , all served cold.. utterly disappointing … milk kept with cornflakes had 70% water and 30% milk..|pastries were too old and tasteless,,,|icecream served is unbranded and looks like local stuff..|even a scrambled egg what we asked and what we got different, … nobody notes requirements seriously … no responsible people moving around|I went and complained to restaurant / hotel manager madam Ms smrithi about previous day dinner disaster .. she said the F&B boys could hv bought the group to restaurant for buffet dinner… but what’s use of telling customer?? They should tell guys who handle customer …|Hotel Overall , big infrastructure , jazzy , but poor quality food fir vegetarians, not caring to customers and no empathy ..|even the Wi-Fi in room dud not work after complaining twice .. I’m told by reception, it usually works sir…|people pay huge for the luxury resort experience and this iswhat happens at kaldan Samudra of the day with big disappointment of food bf zero customer empathy on our dinner eve .. miserable disappointing experience and u felt totally cheated ..|If you r vegetarian just stay away from here… ||Trip typeBusiness · Friends|Rooms3./5. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Lovely staff and friendly service. Considering that the CEO of the hotel is a Chef, there is no comment needed about the food. All 3 meals were wonderful and tasty. Hi-tea service in the evening was made more pleasant with the Rajasthani folk performance. Perfect location to spend time with your loved ones.

I visited one of the best resorts ever, and the hospitality was exceptional. There are special activities for kids, ensuring they have a great time at the resort. The food was truly special and touched our hearts. Overall, I can say this is the best place for a family outing, especially for those looking to spend quality time and relax. Last but not least, 1/100 staff members, one person near the food counter had a negative attitude, giving attention to only a few people while ignoring others. It would be better if this individual improved their behavior or was replaced.

Had a worst dining experience today, when we dropped in for lunch buffet. We were forced to finish our lunch in hurry. The reason we got from the manager is that they had a booking for a wedding. The tone was as such we were eating there for free and they forgot that we are customers too. Not sure why do they take booking and then tell us they were going to close early. We don’t really understand this. We are spending money to enjoy some of our special moments and why do they expect us to hurry up things. They could have informed us upfront about their early closure. We hardly had 45 mins to finish the buffet lunch for and even that 45 mins, we were only thinking about this. Never expected such treatment from Kaldan Samudra. Totally ruined our moments that we wanted to celebrate today. It shouldn’t be encouraged at all.
