Chalets Resort, Masinagudi

Went without any expectations and was blown away by the location and the ambience. Rooms were good as new and well planned. We stayed in the A roof which was ground + 1. It was ideal for our family. The food was sourced but the quality was good. Breakfast and tifin items were prepared inhouse and were fresh and tasty. The pool, the gym and the indoor play area keeps kids and family well entertained . The housekeeping staff were very kind in answering our queries and providing all the services. The local safari arranged by the hotel was thrilling and very safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay 😃

I stayed for 2 nights in this resort. It was very good experience and looks great in means of location for relaxation. Food is awesome which they served with care and tasty too. You will have a relaxed vacation with your kid for sure. Jeep Safari is also a good experience and they will be offering with minimal cost compared to outside. I would suggest and recommend for the family vacation with kid always . :-) Thanks for the staffs who hosted us very well and great love.

Good rooms, great food, very good service. Though the premises is a small one you have a great view of the moutain, valley and another farm house adjacent to it. Especially from the high view points provided for this purpose. A small but neat swimming pool also is there.

Booked Chalets Resort for a quick weekend gateway and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and warmth of the resort and its staff. Although being a peak holiday season, the staff too good care of each guest. The staff made arrangements for a safari trip, followed by a road trip to offbeat places around Ooty in their trusted Jeep. We will take a lot of cherished memories from this stay at Chalets and already planning a next trip to Chalets with family and friends to share our experience. Keep up the good work, Team Chalets…

We stayed here for 3D/2N... Had booked honeymoon suite package and it was really great experience.. it had mountain view and very nicely maintained garden. Room was clean and Food was exceptional.. they always asked us what to prepare and served everything hot. It is really a hidden gem of masinagudi. Shout out to Arun who took care of us and Captain Jack sparrow for the morning safari.

Had a really nice time at the resort. The Staffs took care of us well. The Cottages are well built and maintained good. The Food service was amazing. Worth the visit. Do check out.

Wonderful stay and we'll maintained ambience. Good service. Requested the food ala carte to be customized according to our taste and they provided the best taste 😋 overall great stay.
