BRITISH CLIFF CLUB RESORT

**⚠️Disappointing Experience – Highly Not Recommended** I stayed at this hotel in the last week of August 2024 and was quite disappointed. The rooms were not well-maintained, which was particularly problematic during the rainy season with temperatures around 13°C. The hotel did not provide adequate hot water; they given only 3 liters for four people. Additionally, the staff were rude and unhelpful. On a positive note, the food was good. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel 💯

This cliff resort is beautiful for night view. Rooms are also very nice and dining area is neat and clean..But they need to improve their kitchen service. Food is ok and not too good. We ordered food around 8pm they deliver it around 10.30 pm. If they improve the kitchen service then this resort will be the most recommended

Three days ago, we went with our family. At first, we liked the location, but when night fell, we started feeling scared because a lot of people were drinking nearby, and we were with our family. The whole room was filled with a foul smell from the bathroom. We had no other option as we had paid 6600 rupees for one night. In the morning, we decided to change the hotel, but when we informed Rani, the manager, she told us that we would have to pay a fine of 1000 rupees as we had booked online. We were very frustrated and left. Not recommended

Beautiful scenery. Excellent service. The food cooked by them was delicious. The rooms n the resort doesn't have room heater, we happened to visit in the season time. The temperature was almost zero. But we enjoyed. Excellent place for kids to enjoy.

150 years old British Cliff Club Resort with 12 rooms. iam fully satisfied with my stay. The staffs are very polite and they provide excellent services Especially prasanth. They offer Breakfast, lunch and dinner There is two campfire area and it cost additional 2500 &1500.

This is my second time stay at here.. Nice location with city view . Children's play area and beautiful garden with pleasant stay. Breakfast is complementary with good taste.. Fire camb with night dinner is memorable. Some time hot water is not available..

My humble request please avoid this resort at all cost. Worst service, no water, and constantly was being knocked to move our car multiple times at night for their water supply vehicle, for which we eventually parked our car on the road just so that we could sleep without disturbance. Was promised to provide complementary food and later twisted their words to free complementary food for 2 person only. They have no room heater facility. The bed smelled awful. The other rooms were too close where we could hear noises all night.
