Deccan Park Resort

This resort is located at a serene place that offers great views of the mountain. However not all rooms have this view. Rooms are not extraordinary, but has all amenities and fulfil the needs. Service is good in all aspects. Complimentary breakfast is decent. For lunch and dinner, one can opt to order from the in-house restaurant or order online. No restrictions on bringing outside food unlike in few resorts. Car parking is available. Overall it offered a good experience.

The resort is nice with stunning views of the mountains. Foodwise, it's pure veg, and they try their best. Rooms are clean, and staff very polite. Coffee and tea taste can be improved. Might be slightly away from major tourist attractions in Ooty, do check.

Excellent room service, staff, food, rooms, facilities like basketball🏀 court with them only providing ball, table tennis, carrom, foosball, etc. Response of staff was very fast. It is worthy of spending more money for families to enjoy.

Decent hotel with great location, hotel offers good vegetarian meals but more options are needed. Overall had a decent stay here with family.

A very warm welcome from Paul at the resort .He is a absolute star and asset to this business.He ensured we all settled in comfortably and also gave us good insight on Ooty and all points of interest.By far the best service received and even better than 5 star hotels we have stayed in our time in India so far .Thank you Paul :)

Night shift management at this hotel is completely ridiculous. Not an ounce of courtesy or respect was shown by the receptionist. To top it off they have an outrageous policy of charging per person instead of per room. Even though we were fine with the price the low grade management made us change our mind

The most worst service I've ever had in my life. Not even average and below average hotels doing such bad service, the service and a man named KRISHNAN who worked there seemed ruthless and arrogant. I don't know if he studied some manners and discipline or straight away he jumped into PR. If you people want to visit this place take your own service Actual service score 0 - this is just because of his worthless service. I think this comment must be taken care by the management to provide an appropriate action against that guy.

Nice place: 1. Rooms are decent, spacious and clean. For 3 adults u get a double cot and single cot room. 2. There is basket ball court, kids play area and other indoor games 3. Complimentary breakfast is good and decent. There are plenty of options outside in Ooty city. 4. It is on main road and accessible and near to city. Not a full blown resort like a sterling fern hill, etc. but a good option. Recommended food: We tried food options in Ooty coffee house(ghee roast is a must try there)
