Extremely clean room. We stayed in the small room... some might find it a little tight.. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast & Dinner also. The staff are very good, especially the restaurant staff who were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for every thing we were very happy in our stay at Cedar Woods Resort. Every thing was excellent if i will come again to nainital, your hotel will be my first choice.

Disappointing Stay at Cedar Resort I recently had the misfortune of staying at Cedar Resort, and my experience was utterly disappointing. The room I was assigned was nothing like the one shown during booking. The condition of the room was appalling - it was dirty, with stained towels (including blood and tea stains), uncomfortable pillows, and a broken roof with visible ceiling damage. The room was infested with cockroaches and lizards, making it unbearable. The washroom was a total mess, unclean, and poorly maintained. The quality of toiletries provided was subpar, and we chose not to use them. To make matters worse, there were no phones in the room to communicate with reception, and our requests to upgrade or get a refund were ignored. Overall, my stay at Cedar Resort was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Rating Breakdown: - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Amenities: 1/5 - Service: 1/5 - Value: 1/5 Recommendation: Avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made.
