Staff is cooperative and service is also good. Room is good but some essential like carpet and slipper is missing, rest all are good in room. Location is good but to reach hotel you have to climb 105 stairs which is ok for young people and balcony view is fabulous and you can spend hours over there and food is also good they have good chef need to improve variety but otherwise food is good.

It's lit bit high in mall road...but for explorers it is heaven. This is sooo good i mean the location, view even their food was too good but it was quite expensive. The rooms are very comfortable.If you looking for peaceful environment not much crowded then this place is for you.staffs are very polite and helpful. In our trip we reached so early in nainital and our check in time was 11 but they provide us the room at 7. No extra money for early check in Definitely i would recommend this to all who are able to climb the 200 stairs or more than that..otherwise with pvt vehicles it is definitely to try once

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was good—clean and spacious, though not very luxurious, which was fine for my needs. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort. However, I would recommend some maintenance, especially in the bathroom area, as the side floor near the bathroom appeared a bit black and could use attention. With some small improvements, the experience could be even better.

Do not even think of booking this place. Worst stay ever!!! The pictures shared on apps and Internet are misleading. The rooms are nothing like what is shown. Do not get fooled by their description. Certainly not a luxury hotel at all. Accessibility - They claim on Mall Road but it’s way on the top and difficult to access as the road is steep. They do not provide any parking facility so you can park on the road but at your own risk else have to look for common parking. It’s almost 20 mins walk uphill from the Mall Road. Rooms - poorly maintained, bed sheets have holes, mattresses have dust mites, comforter was torn, the bathroom stinks, exhaust fan makes terrible noise all night, poor ventilation, no A/C and no fan, the pillows have black marks and spots and the headboard of the bed was stinking. In order to cover up the odour they have placed room fresheners everywhere. Food - Highly over priced and poor quality food. Most items are unavailable. Limited choices. Extremely unhygienic. Service - They try their best to cover up for poor quality rooms by providing good service but they fail miserably. They are not cooperative. When complained, nothing was done to solve the issues. Definitely not to be recommended to anyone. I wish I could rate them negative.

This was by far the most overpriced and disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For the amount they charge, you’d expect at least basic comfort and service — instead, everything about this place was a disaster. The room was small, outdated, and poorly cleaned. Furniture was worn out, the bed was uncomfortable, and NO FANS. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been maintained in years — dirty tiles, bad odor, and leaking fixtures. Service? Absolutely pathetic. The staff were either unavailable or unbothered. Requests for clean towels or basic help were met with rudeness or completely ignored. The food was ridiculously expensive and barely edible. I've had better meals at roadside stalls for a fraction of the price. To call this place a "hotel" is generous. It felt more like a rundown hostel — but at luxury prices. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money and ruining your trip.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely amazing, and the best part was the stunning lake view from the property, which truly made the experience special. However, if you're traveling with elderly individuals, I would recommend reconsidering this property, as it has more than 200 stairs and can be quite challenging to access by foot. Additionally, make sure to park your car in the paid parking area near the market, as it's more convenient. Overall, a good experience, but accessibility might be an issue for some.

Review: Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and completely unorganized. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. The room was far from clean – there were stains on the bedding, dust everywhere, and a foul odor that didn’t go away. The amenities listed online were either broken or not available at all. I also encountered issues with noise, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, when I brought up these concerns to the front desk, they were dismissive and offered no real solutions. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options where your money will be better spent, and you’ll be treated with the basic respect and hospitality every guest deserves. A big Nooooooo everything is zero

The room was fine, below average but the prices /tariff was way higher than what you get. The staff mainly the receptionist and the manager were not at all professional. Firstly the hotel is located at approx 2km above the mall road. So do keep in mind that it's not at all good for old people. Even for young ppl you need to need step down approx 150 stair daily to reach mall road. Not at all recommend and even the hotel is not offering any discount at all. Along with that the food was also disappointing. Very bad experience.
