Mayfair Jungpana

Situated in a virgin place of North Bengal- Jungpana . Roads are good but very steep and narrow. The place and its surroundings is like a heaven . Coffee is so good that i promised myself i will be there again for that mug of coffee which feels like hug. Staffs are well behaved and polite welcomed us with warm greetings.

An exotic desolate property of his highness Jung Bahadur Rana of Nepal. The rooms, as well as the laid back corners of the property makes this unique where time stands still in the warmth of pure nature.

The swimming pool is more symbolic given the altitude and temperature, but the overall atmosphere is pure luxury. If you crave an extraordinary stay to unwind and revive yourself, this place nails it—worth every moment for those seeking privacy, comfort, and an unforgettable retreat.

One of the most serene and beautiful places to stay in North Bengal. Take a day extra for staying here. Exemplary and outstanding services and hospitality. The staff is so humble and kind. Their caring and simple nature makes you remind of old times when people were really so caring and humble. I would highly suggest everyone to atleast spend a night at Mayfair Manor Jungpana. It's a heaven for those who want to seek solace and calm environment. Nature speaks louder here. And yes you can take numerous photos and videos as memories for yourself.

Incredible stay at Mayfair Jungpana! We happened to get really lucky when our original accommodation fell through in Darjeeling and we were allocated Jungpana. From start to finish, it was a perfect place. The service from all staff was friendly, attentive and prompt. The very accomplished chef, Kailash, made the most delicious vegetarian food. He varied the cuisines every evening and took our preferences into account (the best fried corn starter we've ever had!). The manager, Uma Shankar, made sure that we had everything we needed for |our day and made sure on the day of departure that we had a packed breakfast as we had an early start to the airport. We had the opportunity to visit the tea factory on the tea estate and were given a tour by the very knowledgeable manager, Mr. Chowdary. ||The rooms are extremely luxurious, the hotel itself is well decorated, the facilities are fantastic. The surroundings are perfect at 4000 ft above sea level. Views for days!

The destination is a 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Siliguri, although the roads were steep and under construction during our visit. The area is beautiful and spacious, and the food was delicious. There is a common room filled with unique decor. Despite the challenging journey, it was all worth it! I loved the place!

This resort is peaceful and beautiful! The chef went out of his way to create incredible meals, personalized for our wants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff lit a fire for us each night. Highly recommend!|Take a tour of the tea factory to see their process!

We spent 3 nights at Mayfair Manor Jungpana. The grounds are beautiful. The 4-room suites at Mayfair Manor Jungpana were incredible- every convenience was offered. The food was OUTSTANDING and the service was wonderful. Be aware, however, that it is located in a very isolated place in the mountains near Darjeeling. It was a 2+ hour trip to Darjeeling the next day for sightseeing! Highly recommended for a relaxing visit but impractical if you are hoping to sightsee in Darjeeling. A wonderful place for a family retreat or a mini-conference!
