It is a very beautiful property at the midst of nature.... staffs are very cooperative and helpful...Bonfire was very exciting... food was excellent.... over-all a very comfortable stay everyone should visit again....

Excellent service,amenities, and behaviour. Food was good. Special mention to be made of Bhoomika(the lady at the reception) for her polite behaviour, smiling face,and spontaneous cooperation. They upgraded our heritage room to the premium suite as the view room(requested by us beforehand during booking) was occupied. What a lovely gesture! Spick and span room and bathroom! Plenty of space! Lovely view and landscape! Loved the lawn,seating areas, abundance of plants, and tasteful decors.Would like to visit again and also recommend others.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff was extremely polite and out of the way helpful. Food in the restaurant was awesome too. Rooms and reception area gives heritage vibe. Highly recommend to those on staycations or peaceful nature friendly stay away from noise.

Sterling Perks boasts a beautiful location, offering stunning views of Kangchenjunga and a peaceful atmosphere. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with well-maintained rooms and cozy amenities. The service was attentive and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Very picturesque place. Service is excellent. Has stairs, so not so easy for elders. Great view of kanchenjunga from the 4th floor common room. Food and bar service was good. They organise bonfire on request and paid basis. It costs about Rs 3000.

My family with 2 other families checked in on 18th Nov for 3 days stay. The pick up from Darjeeling to the hotel, the cars for daily sightseeing and drop back at Bagdogra airport were arranged by the hotel. The drivers were reporting on time and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the needs of the travellers. Our overall experience of stay in the hotel was very good. The courtesy extended by the staff with a smile is very much appreciated. The restaurant staff was very trained and was serving us very well. The Chef was ready to prepare the vegetable we bought the way we wanted!! We would like to mention the following specifically for their smiling service. Ms. Bhumika, Mr Pranay, Lalan and Dipsen. We will recommend this resort for stay.

Shoddy property, bad service, extremely crowded common areas. Property is old and not well maintained. Breakfast space is a small room with tables joined together. It was loud and extremely chaotic. More like a hawker centre than a hotel tucked in the hills. Worst part was the completely hands off attitude of the hotel manager and house keeping staff. In our room the window behind the bed doesnt close so it was letting in cold air. When we brought this up to the manager, he off handedly said we will send someone and looked away. No enquiry about exact issue and no follow up later. We had to call again until a housekeeping staff appeared. He checked the window and said he would need to get a few people to fix this and cant be done tonight. So we asked to be moved to a different room. This was never acknowledged, the guy just said he will come back in some time and never did. We slept that night with heater on all night and our heads covered to minimize effect of the cold breeze. We checked out next morning. Never staying at a sterling again! .

Amazing stay at Sterling Park Kalimpong. Felt like we were in our second home. Very friendly and helpful behavior of the hotel staff. I must mention Mr. Manoj kumar (Manager), Bhumika(Receptionist), Rudra(Receptionist), Chef Sanjeev, Laalan(Restaurant staff) and the names go on. The most beautiful part of our stay was to witness the majestic view of kanchenjunga from the observation deck.
