Very very beautiful place with a breathtaking view of the Pawna lake. Full marks for the location. Surroundings were peaceful and serene. Villa was huge and well maintained. Food was also tasty.. Would definitely love to visit again.

Awesome place, scenic views, rooms are aesthetically made. The interiors are breath taking with all wood work. Upkeep of rooms is appreciated. The staff is extremely cooperative and very welcoming. We went as a group of 8 (approx 16 with children). The views are great. Swimming pool is well maintained. There is a huge lawn with view of the pawna lake. Chef was good, food quality and preparation was ultimate. There are no security concerns. The villa is well guarded. Highly recommended.

Extremely unprofessional approach to booking. Rude behavior by the owners/caretakers. Wrong information being supplied. Villa being double booked. We booked the entire villa for a family function for Rakhi, with people travelling in from multiple countries. We called the villa directly for booking it and were told it is available, but they will accept a booking from booking.com, which we did and also received an immediate confirmation of the booking from booking.com. After we made travel preparations, we were informed that the villa has already being booked on make mytrip, that too only when we called the villa. When we enquired whether makemytrips booking was done before or after, they refused to tell us citing "security" reasons. It's almost as if it was auctioned to the highest bidder rather than first come first serve. I would recommend everyone to please double check their bookings before they travel as it could turnout to be a nightmare like it did for us. I would also not expect any courtesy from the management or owners especially Subodh the host who is highly recommended on makemytrip. Rather than sympathising with a traveller who is trying to create a memorable experience for the whole family and paying quite a bit for one night, it was a nightmare trying to speak to Subodh, we had to be curt just to get him to listen to us. When we enquired why did booking.com not inform us about the cancellation, the reply was "of course they won't! because they don't want to lose the commission!" is that the case booking.com? That you don't inform clients of cancelled bookings because you don't want to lose commissions but leave customers disgruntled and dissappointed? Dear Subodh, a friendly word of advise, your insincere apologies and high handed behavior do not HELP. Solutions and patience help. My sincere apologies for trying to reason with you and raising my voice in the process, but I believe that I have justifiable ground to do so!! I want to warn my fellow travellers to take precautions while dealing with the property. It's a great place, but the experience with the booking was utterly rotten. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend the place or the host. See the photos.. They are self explanatory

We went here for office outing and booked all 8 bedrooms. It has great view. Also service was awesome. It was very clean and spacious. Also they cook in open kitchen, very hygienic. Subodh was person I connected with. Just few wash room locks were not working. But villa and furniture inside is great.

A beautiful villa with all the things you need present! Large garden, beautiful view from all of the balconies, extremely clean and well maintained! Definitely worth booking for a larger group of guests. Food was great and service was amazing! Thanks for hosting us!

Had a really good stay with family at 360 Pawna. The place is beautiful with outstanding views. The service is also very good and the Villa team led by Subodh do a great job. Each room is well equipped and the villa has great views of the lakes and mountains.
