To start with booking experience was good and professional. And this lead to high expectations from the Villa. To start with finding Villa might be still easy as the care taker guides you well and it is located near to the famous Della resort. Though it is at the last end of Kune a bit far from main city (don't expect swiggy to respect your orders in night). The property barely has cramped parking for 1 car and if you are lucky other cars may find space in common area (a lane). The property might look small at first glance but on entering you are greeted with decent hall. The property is big but 0 maintenance. Especially the Monsoons make it worst. I have visited many other properties in Monsoon in Lonavla for same budget but the experience was way better. The maintenance in terms of painting and fixes is required all time here. There are big patches of water leakages across the house which makes it stink. The Kitchen was unclean. Toilets were ok. Caretaker were responsive. But the area which they stay is extremely shabby and looks unclean so did not dare to order any food from them. If you are coming with family i would suggest you would find a better property in same budget. Happy traveling. P.S Attaching the kitchen picture to help elaborate my experience.

A Disappointing Experience at Lonavala Villa with Staycations My recent stay at a villa in Lonavala, booked through Staycations, was nothing short of a disappointment. I had high hopes for this trip, considering Staycations' reputation, but the experience fell far below expectations. Here's a breakdown of the issues we encountered during our stay: 1. Misleading Photos: The villa we stayed in bore little resemblance to the images displayed online. It was a severe mismatch, with the actual villa being significantly inferior in terms of space and amenities. 2. Lack of Cleanliness: Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially when booking through a reputed platform like Staycations. Unfortunately, our villa was far from clean. Dust and dirt were noticeable in various areas, making our stay uncomfortable. 3. Dreadful Service: The service we received during our stay was, to put it bluntly, terrible. Requests and inquiries were met with indifference, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. It was a frustrating experience, especially when we needed help with various aspects of our stay. 4. Appalling Food Quality: The lowest point of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Despite bringing up our concerns and even after the chef was changed, the quality of food remained consistently disappointing. It's disheartening to pay for meals that are subpar, even after raising the issue. 5. Uncooperative Staff: The staff's uncooperative attitude added to our dissatisfaction. It felt as though our concerns were falling on deaf ears, and there was no genuine effort made to improve our experience. In conclusion, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this villa in Lonavala, booked through Staycations, to anyone. My overall rating for this experience is a dismal 0. Such a substandard experience is unacceptable, especially from a renowned brand like Staycations. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for those considering this villa for their stay in Lonavala.

It was not a good place.. the caretaker was not paying attention. The whole villa was smelling with moist smell. They didn't bother to dry things. Towels were stinking that was given by them. Beds look like to have bugs. It is better to use some over villas rather than using this one. The wifi was also not working. Plates were also dirty and greasy.

It was amazing and peaceful staying at your bungalow..! Enjoyed a lot ...! Wishing to visit again soon....!! Strongly recommending to everyone The meals are really good loved the live barbecue and the chef cooks really nice home style food The staff is very hard working....! Overall was a very peaceful and relaxing experience.... Very well furnished Very well cleaned Very well located Reasonable cost of everything A luxurious experience in a very well budget...! Staff is humble ,Polite, corporative ..

Awesome villas... Clean... And perfect for a weekend getaway... It doesn't have a view but we didn't care and its a little hard to find. A good size pool, huge rooms, gigantic hall and very helpful.staff. it's actually one of four such villas packed together in one enclosure ... Perfect for a small wedding or an event.

We 5+1 child, had a superb experience staying at the Horizon by RedStone villa. This was the 1st road trip for our little boy, & for us after a long time, due to Covid & lockdown. The villa was spacious, clean, and airy. The private pool was clean & well maintained. Special mention for our cook, caretaker, Pravindada was excellent. His preparation were tasty. Pravindada took good care of of us & prepared tasty meals(veg + non veg), in a jiffy. Super efficient & always had a smile on his face. We loved our stay, most importantly our 13/14 months old grand child was very comfortable in the Villa. He played the way he plays at home. All toilets/towels /beds were clean. Would love to visit the villa again & would highly recommend this place. The approach road is a little tricky (please add sign boards to help people navigate to the place properly), otherwise entire trip was a super enjoyable experience.

We had booked the Horizon villa from 20th - 22nd November for a peaceful weekend getaway with our family. But our experience was anything but peaceful. Ever since we reached the property, we only had to run after multiple issues that we faced at the property. 1. The Villa was not at all sanitized/cleaned properly and the dining area was literally stinking. This is highly unacceptable in a pandemic condition. 2. One of the major factors to book a villa was a swimming pool. We checked in on Friday afternoon and the swimming pool was non-functional till Saturday evening. The pool staff was extremely arrogant when being questioned about this. Even when the pool did become functional, the water was far from being clean. 3. There were cobwebs throughout the ceiling of the villa and on questioning the caretaker, we were told they do not have the right equipment to clean it. 4. The Cable TV in the main room was not functioning. 5. The villa caretakers came up to us with unreasonable demands like heating food of other families staying in adjacent villa in our kitchen. These demands are highly unprofessional considering the current COVID situation. 6. The caretaker was not present in the villa until late evening due to a medical reason on the first day which is ok. But the person left to take charge in her absence was extremely arrogant and had no sense of attending to guests. 7. The microwave in the kitchen was not functioning properly. 8. One of the bathroom locks was faulty resulting into our family member being stuck inside for around 45 mins. 9. There were drums full of empty beer bottles right within the villa premises which ideally should not be present and should be disposed off outside the villa. On voicing out all of these concerns, all we got as compensation was a complimentary breakfast for just one morning. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I would expect better training and maintenance standards to be set at the properties to avoid such inconvenience to guests in the future.

Amazing villa and hospitality by red stone group. The villa is clean and very well maintained. The bedding and mattress were neat and clean Close proximity from Della adventures and resort Good location! And scenic view from the rooms The property has a private pool and caretakers who can cook food and barbecue for guest
