NillExtremely Disappointed with the Property Rihaana My recent stay at this property was far from what was promised. Here are the major issues we faced: Poor cleanliness – Both the rooms and the swimming pool area were not clean and was full of foul smell Faulty washroom locks – The locks on the washroom doors were either broken or not working properly. Delayed towel service – Towels were provided extremely late and for a group of 14 people only 8 towels were provided. TV not functional – The television in the room wasn’t working at all. Damaged kitchen area – The kitchen was in a terrible state and looked completely neglected. Garbage at the entrance – Trash was left outside the villa entrance, creating an unpleasant first impression. Broken mosquito nets – This made the stay uncomfortable, especially at night. No toiletries provided – Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper were missing. Arrogant attitude of the caretaker Given all these issues, the high price we paid feels completely unjustified. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope the management takes serious steps to improve the conditions.

NillThe caretakers of both villas - Somesh and Ajay were not at all service oriented. They worked as per their will.we had to work half the time to get cleanliness ensured. The towels,soaps were provided after multiple reminders. And the towels,bedsheets and quilts were not clean enough. The utensils in the villa were also not enough in quantity. Overall, the villas were not value for the money paid. Also, there were cockroaches in both the villas. In One of the wash basins, the water was clogging.

NillNice place. Vendor food services is bad not good quality of food rice is too hard even you can't chewe and non veg material used 3rd class Host is very good and responsive. Villa environment is good Decent and safe 1st floor shower pressure is not there not even hot water 🦗 In kitchen. My villa was A3 Rest all good decent to spend time with family and friends.

NillWorst experience ever. We had bookrd two villas n 1 villa was not ready when the group reached While cleaning there were cockroaches cominf out of the villas. There is no proper amenities n ample vessels on kitchen. There were dead cockroaches in microwave, fridge The housekeeping guys refuse to com even after 24 hours, reduse to wash vessels Toilets were dirty NO water for flusing in toilets Cushions were soiled n extra beds given were soiled n dusty Overall a very experience with the staggering amount that they charge The food charged are also exorbitant 1200rs for 1 perspn for bkfat, lunch n dinner for a simle fare Waste of money

NillHad the worst experience. There was no cleanliness, the doors didn't lock, bathrooms were dirty, flushes not working, kitchen and fridge full of cockroaches, the caretaker was never around to clean dishes or kitchen. Pathetic is not the word.

NillStay was very unpleasant. They have giveaway scheme for 2 days of staycation. To participate in the scheme you have to give 5 star to property and then lucky winner gets 2 days of stay. Please don't trust 5 star reviews for this property. Don't waste your hard earned money.

NillI am writing to share our disappointment regarding our recent stay at Lugaani Villa from 14th March 2025 to 15th March 2025. Our experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe it’s important to bring these concerns to your attention. Firstly, we faced significant issues with responsiveness. Despite multiple calls for assistance, there were long delays in response, which caused inconvenience during our stay. Secondly, the food quality was highly unsatisfactory. Several members of our group experienced health issues due to the meals provided, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. This was extremely disappointing and put a damper on our entire trip. Given these concerns, we expected a much better experience considering the booking and service expectations. We urge you to take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future guests from facing similar problems. Looking forward to your reply.
