This is a frank review about our stay—we were truly disappointed. The photos shared before booking were misleading. The villa looked clean and new in pictures but was actually old and poorly maintained. Bathroom ventilation glass was broken, making the inside clearly visible from outside..no privacy at all. Sofa was torn and shabby. “Smart TV” was old and barely worked. Pool was much smaller and very different from the photos. Bathtub was cracked and uncomfortable to use. Overall, the entire property felt neglected and not as advertised. The only positive was the caretaker, who was polite and helpful, providing whatever we needed. Very disappointed overall. We went for a relaxing trip but ended up frustrated. Strongly recommend that the owners update their photos honestly and improve maintenance to avoid misleading future guests.

We’ve attached some recent photos to show how the villa looks now. Unfortunately, it appears to be poorly maintained and unused for quite some time. Several fixtures are broken—for instance, the bathtub was damaged, and most of the AC remotes didn’t work initially. The air conditioning units themselves are quite old. The TV provided is not a smart TV, which was disappointing in today’s age. On the plus side, there was a decent Bluetooth speaker available. The furniture was in very poor condition—most of the sofas were torn, and the beds felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. Even the electrical setup was confusing, with many switches not corresponding to the nearby appliances. The pool area, while having a small fountain and being relatively clean, is quite compact and feels cramped. The surrounding lawn and poolside area are not well maintained and were slippery, which raises safety concerns. The lighting is also outdated and dull. The villa does offer car parking space, which is convenient. One positive aspect was the caretaker—he was helpful and responsive to all our concerns throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. However, overall, our experience fell short of expectations. For the price paid, it didn’t feel worth it. We sincerely hope the owner considers addressing some of these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

I was having second thoughts about booking after watching negative reviews on Google but Visiting Anand Villa to spend our vacation, especially after taking tiresome exams, was one of the most soothing and best experience we had. Shrikant is a very kind housekeeper of this place. The swimming pool was mid-sized and clean, and the rooms were mesmerizing. We got this villa for the best deal, couldn't expect more for the price we paid. All the amenities were in place, except a few. The villa is situated in a colony of villas under 24/7 security surveillance. Parking is enough for 2 cars. The cutlery in the kitchen is clean and healthy. I would rate the overall experience as 4/5.

No Amenities available apart from swimming pool no indoor games nothing everything is chargeable there and the owner is also rude. Please don't believe the photos uploaded on the villas profile and these all are fake. Lots of leakage from the rooftop also. There are no basic things provided in the villa.

One of the bad experience in this Villa.Dont go on villa photos and all. swimming pool was too much small. And the service of villa is too much disgusting. And they even don't have blankets and some of blankets having too much fungus and dirty. And even they don't have Dishes and plates properly. Totally money wasted.

We stayed 14th Nov 2023 to 16th Nov 2023 ,worst ever stay , balcony chairs were so old no body can sit , centre table glass was not there, room doors were broken , no basic cutlery, tea cups were broken , no kettle , swimming pool was without temp control , they kept only one satchet of shampoo per room , basic understanding 2 people in room need one each. Over all very bad experience , I will never suggest this villa , near by other villa in same compound were much better

The Villa was very species it has 4 bedrooms with king size beds plus an extra mattress inside the room the hall was very big as well the price was affordable for us as we were a group of 6-7 people but you can take up to 15 to 16 people and still every one can sleep comfortably plus the pool side was good and clean before we reached and ther was no disturbance by anyone so you can have a good time here with your friends or family with privacy

The place is very good, little bit problems can be avoided to enjoy this fabulous place. You get full privacy and rooms are quite good and well maintained. Good for family, friend groups and office picnic. Should b visited and can b most enjoyed during winter time
