Royal Palms Villas with Private Pool

Shah villa shame on you ! A filthy dirty place Everythings were broken Beds ceiling was broken from the top Washrooms weren't clean The rooms were smelly No bed sheets cleaned ...looked very old. Ac were not in working condition. Very disappointing 😞 thing On internet there are sharing lovely pictures / videos. I recommend people to go personally n visit this place. Never pay any advanced amount. They didn't even have d courtesy to ask fr refund ! We just visited this place within 10 minutes & we left immediately. We had a very bad 👎 experience with this people. Worst experience You all r folling Costumers on the internet. We will file d police complain fr the same. You better watch out.

Very poorly managed property. Lack of hygiene, unresponsive management, and false advertising make this villa one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not recommended for families or couples

Pathetic service, people actually didn’t know how to talk to people. They have check out time at 10 am if u takes more 15 min they will charge u 1 k extra😂. I mean seriously man we r paying these rascals 15 k for 6 hour and this people are talking shit.specifically that lady which have horrible voice.don’t go to this place, they r fooling peoples.

The worst the food that was given became cold while arriving at doorstep, we were unable to check in on the given time the rooms were in the worst condition the pool wasn't clean the service was poor most of the furniture was damaged too much mosquito problem at night , Cockroaches all over bed and inside the mattress on bed, overalll too bad experience definitely need something more than improvement.

Had a wonderful stay. We had booked 2 villa.. villa 406 and villa 408.. beautiful views. Caretaker was helpful... Felt like hill station.

Worst worst and worst Pleas dont go even if they give you for free They will take money and forget you.. everytime you call them there is someelse coming that also after 1 hour We checked in at 5 since we were late still the rooms were not clean Windows were broken girls cannot bath in washroom as there is another building stick to villas Used pad were lying in washroom Staff fake and humanity does not even exist They will keep distubing from morning for check out till the time you check out Everytime you call them they will come after 1 hour and everytime different person What they promise you before booking is something else after that Also they book you villa and then change if someone is paying more The booking person was drunk and booked same villa for 2 group on same day where we had fight Dont go Place is very dirty

I recently booked the villa, the rooms were not cleaned at all it was stinking no maintenance of the place the check in is 2pm & Checkout is at 10am they have 4hrs to cleanup but then to we wasted our 2hr more hours to make them clean again. Further more the care taker Chetan Yadav was very rude dont know how to speak with customer and at one time he called himself the owner of the property, the management staff Varun was very rude, spoke in very abusive manner. Don't recommend this place at all they don't care about the customer just want the money that's it.
