Touchwood Villa

We had a very disappointing experience at the villa. The lady owner was completely uncooperative and did not coordinate with her staff at all. We had booked a 5 BHK villa, but she didn’t even inform the staff about our arrival. As a result, we were left waiting for 4–5 hours in the scorching heat.On top of that, they charged us ₹1000 extra just for a speaker something that is usually included in the package at most other villas. This was the first time we faced such poor service despite paying a high price. The villa is definitely overpriced for the kind of experience we had. The only good part was the food it was tasty and Himanshu who works there, was very sweet and helpful throughout our stay.

I would not recommend booking this villa. The food provided by the villa staff is extremely overpriced — you're better off arranging your own meals. On top of that, there are hidden charges for basic things like bonfire setup and even drinking water, which were not mentioned beforehand. The most troubling part of our stay was that some of our whiskey went missing, and we strongly suspect the villa staff were involved. This raised serious concerns about trust and security. Overall, we had a disappointing experience and would advise others to be cautious before booking.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Touchwoodvilla Panchgani. The rooms were untidy, with broken cupboard handles and very poor lighting. The bathrooms were filthy, lacked basic amenities like soap or shampoo stands, and the mirrors were not cleaned. The swimming pool was also in terrible condition and completely unusable. The property, being wooden, creaked constantly, trembled with movement, and had gaps allowing sunlight and air to pass through, making it uncomfortable and poorly maintained overall. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unaccommodating, which added to the frustration. Despite the subpar experience, the menu was exorbitantly priced, which felt completely unjustified given the lack of basic cleanliness and hospitality standards. I would not recommend staying at this property unless significant improvements are made to its infrastructure and service.

Horrible experience at Touchwood villa Panchgani . Rooms were dirty, bathrooms disgusting, and the pool unusable. Once, water leaked from the upper bathroom into the lower one while my mom was inside—she was drenched in filthy water! Wooden structure creaked, had gaps, and staff was rude. Overpriced menu was the final straw. Avoid this place at all costs.

Beautiful view and the staff is friendly. Food is delicious and cost friendly. Rooms are also available at affordable prices. It has a mid size swimming pool.

A very uncomfortable experience. From the rooms and bedding being untidy to waterlogging in the bathrooms. There was water dripping from the first floor bathroom to the ground floor bathroom. The caretaker was very unhelpful too.

The place was complete value for money. Everything from service to cleanliness, service, food, amenities were way better for the price I had booked Villa. It was a group friendly place ! Thankyou so much

The place was nice food and service was also good but dont book it through JOY SUITS, multiple fake commitments by Indrajit and Siddhant. Before booking they will convince you with lots of sweet words and after the payment the will as show the actual face. I recommend you to visit this place but dont do any kind of booking through Joy Suits or Foresta.
