Cozy Studio

Stayed for 4 years (2009 - 2013) in 2 locations: Lee Garden Road & Paterson Street. Both units 130sf. Must be good if I stayed so long. Clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced for Hong Kong. Internet would breakdown sometimes, but they send staff out to repair. Room cleaning once a week. If you're European or North American it may seem tight, but this is Hong Kong -- families reside in 600sf units. Managed to get in a folding bike, drafting table, 4 large suitcases and a bookshelf. Organization is up to the individual. Yes I recommend Cozy Studios.

我在利园山道和百德新街两个地方住了四年（2009-2013）。两个单位都是130平方英尺（约12.7平方米）。既然住了这么久，肯定觉得很不错。干净整洁，员工友好，价格在香港来说也算合理。网络有时会断线，但他们会派人来维修。房间每周打扫一次。如果你是欧洲人或北美人，可能觉得空间有点小，但这里是香港——一家人住在600平方英尺（约60.7平方米）的单位里。单位里放了一辆折叠自行车、一张绘图桌、四个大行李箱和一个书架。如何整理东西，就看个人了。没错，我推荐Cozy Studios。

I booked one month with Cozy Studio thru Agoda. My neighbor (aka cleaning lady/reception) is a nightmare! They constantly accuse me of things i did not do - hosting a party/smoking in the room.... when i was only watching tv/listening to music/having zoom meeting in the room! I guess very thin walls or poor sound proof hence grumpy and aggro neighbors!?! They filed a report to police while i was out, and then they used it to cancel my booking after with NO notice/refund/compensation! Its a SCAM!||||Also, the "studio" is very small, its more like an ensuite room rather than a studio apartment. Where i stayed was "4 so called studio apartments" in one unit, like 4 (subdivided) ensuites in one apartment. You have a toilet and a bed.||||if you are someone that will spend more than 8 hours a day in the room, and would want some normal activities in the room except sleeping, then this place is not for you. Avoid at any costs, REALLY!

我通过 Agoda 预订了一个月的 Cozy Studio 房间。我的邻居（也就是清洁工/前台）简直就是个噩梦！他们总是指责我做错事——比如在房间里开派对/抽烟……而我当时明明只是在房间里看电视/听音乐/开 Zoom 会议！我猜是墙太薄了，或者隔音效果太差，所以邻居们脾气暴躁，脾气暴躁！？！他们趁我不在的时候报了警，然后又凭此取消了我的预订，既没有通知，也没有退款/赔偿！简直是骗局！||||而且，“Studio”非常小，与其说是 Studio Apartment，不如说是带独立卫浴的房间。我住的是一套单元里有“4 个所谓的 Studio Apartment”，相当于一套公寓里有 4 个（隔开的）独立卫浴。房间里有卫生间和床。||||如果你每天会在房间里待超过 8 个小时，并且除了睡觉之外还想在房间里进行一些正常的活动，那么这里不适合你。无论如何都要避免，真的！
