服務亦很貼心, 地點是在銅鑼灣中心, 交通非常便利, 樓下就是本士店舖, 對面名店林立, 整體感覺還不錯的旅館, 設備使用上都沒有問題

今次一家人一齊黎，所以要搵個大啲嘅房同地方。考慮到地段問題，價錢唔算好貴，整體舒服整潔，位置又方便。

We stayed about 6days in total in Apartment O. 3days on their 20th floor in Happy Valley where you have an expansive view of the polo club racecourse, and then another 3 days in their Causeway Bay units which has its oriental charms. All of their units demonstrate class, luxury, and oriental values. All of the appliances are high-end brands as well. It was also nice that their staffs are very professional and caters to your needs. I hope many more people get to stay in Apartment O. It is one of the best staycation experience.

我们在 Apartment O 总共住了大约 6 天。3 天住在跑马地 20 楼，在那里可以看到马球俱乐部赛马场的广阔景色，然后又在铜锣湾的单位住了 3 天，那里有东方魅力。他们所有的单位都展现出品位、奢华和东方价值观。所有的电器也是高端品牌。他们的员工非常专业，能满足您的需求，这也很好。我希望更多的人能住在 Apartment O。这是最好的居家度假体验之一。

We moved to HK and used Apartment O as a our bridging hotel for about 6 weeks whilst we found a more permanent place to settle. ||||The location of the hotel is second to none. It is a 5 minute walk to the MTR station, supermarkets and shopping malls. There are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs. We thought the location would be convenient, but didnt appreciate how convenient it was until we arrived. It was a 15 minute walk to the harbourfront with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. ||||The rooms were clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. There was a small continental breakfast available downstairs which we made extensive use of. No fleas to speak of... and really couldnt falter the cleanliness of the whole establishment. ||||Saving the best for last - the staff at Apartment O were fantastic. Brian was so helpful and accommodating before we arrived. He provided detailed responses and confirmed that they would be able to meet our specific requirements. Once we arrive, the rest of the team (in particular Nadia) showed us what HK service really means. All our requests and questions were promptly met. Even after we left Apartment O they continued to reach out to make sure we were ok. ||||Very grateful to the whole team at Apartment O (In particular Brian and Nadia) who went out of their way to welcome us to HK. Thank you kindly.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 dogs at Apartment O in Happy Valley for 5 weeks while preparing to move out of Hong Kong. The apartments were very new, well-appointed, had amazing views of the city and Happy Valley racecourse, and were walking distance from great restaurants, pubs, shopping and other amenities. The best aspect of all was the staff, which was friendly, responsive and attentive. We could not have had a better experience and highly recommend it for an extended stay.

在准备搬离香港期间，我和妻子带着我们的两只狗在跑马地的 Apartment O 住了 5 周。公寓非常新，设备齐全，可以欣赏到城市和跑马地赛马场的美景，步行即可到达一流的餐厅、酒吧、购物中心和其他便利设施。最棒的是工作人员，他们友好、热情、细心。我们拥有了无可比拟的体验，强烈推荐长期入住。

I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks now but there is flea problem. The company arranged flea control service but the problem hasn’t solved. I found fleas in my room 3 days after the flea control service. I am sure the flea was not come from me as I have no flea issue before moving in this apartment. I was terribly bitten. Think twice before choosing this apartment.

Honestly I didnt stay there successfully.Since I am intended to book a studio flat for three months， its very hard to reach the contact person even I could reach out, her attitude was extremely not helpful and not in a business manner. She mainly reach me by txt message and her presentation definitely not in a professional way. I try hard to had a visiting before I decided to move-in yet the flat she offer which is not what I expected. I asked her is it possible to have another flat to consider， she simple n directly reoly me NO. And no more further follow up untill I tried to reach another staff to shared my experience. ||||After I had arranged second visit.i have got what I looking for so I told Ms Lo to prepare the contract, at that time she told me I need to pay one month deposit and pay three months rental by one time.But when I asked is that possible to pay rental by month, she said management changed their mind , 2months deposit requested. I request a reason and asked was the previous offer you didnt have management approval ? she just ignore me . ||||And that's what my experience . Other then Ms Lo ,those staff are very nice and helpful

老实说，我没有成功入住。由于我打算预订一套单间公寓，住三个月，但是即使联系上了，也很难联系到联系人，她的态度极其不乐于助人，而且不像个商人。她主要通过短信联系我，而且她的介绍绝对不专业。在决定入住之前，我尽力去参观过，但她提供的公寓不是我所期望的。我问她是否可以考虑另一套公寓，她直接回答说不。而且没有进一步的跟进，直到我尝试联系另一位工作人员分享我的经历。||||在我安排了第二次参观之后，我得到了我想要的东西，所以我让罗女士准备合同，当时她告诉我需要一次性支付一个月的押金和三个月的租金。但当我问是否可以按月付租金时，她说管理层改变主意了，要求支付两个月的押金。我要求她给出理由，并问她之前的报价是否没有得到管理层的批准？她根本不理我。 ||||这就是我的经历。除了罗女士，其他员工都非常友好和乐于助人
