新纳大酒店

新纳大酒店的服务真的令人满意。从入住的第一刻起，从前台员工到酒店总经理，一直无微不至的关心我们的行程。除了前台人员亲切告知丽江旅行需注意事项之外， 总经理也细心帮忙安排出游的大大小小以致不会受骗又满意。再之，酒店本身的房间也很有特色，而且打扫的很干净。

今年和老公领了证后到丽江度蜜月, 经朋友推荐去住了她以前住过的一个酒店, 叫丽江新纳大酒店。|||| ||这个酒店就坐落在丽江古城内，交通便利，在市一中下车后，走大概两三分钟就到了。|||| ||因为我们是去度蜜月，所以我们选择了这个酒店的豪华蜜月房。让我们惊奇的是，一进到房间，我们发现他们的房间很大，装修和装饰都非常特别，所有的家具全是实木的，而且看得出有些年头了，有点古董的感觉，最特别是他们的床，是我们在电视里见过的那种四角架子的床，他们称之为龙凤架子床。这个床又大又舒服，所有的床上用品，感觉的出都是中上等的材质，被子也很厚很舒服，因为丽江那种气候，不管白天天气有多热，到了晚上你都需要盖被子。最我们意外的是房间里的卫生间，大的可以好比一个小酒店或客栈的房间，有分开的冲凉房和浴缸，又大又干净。我们从没有想过在这么相对落后很多的地方还可以有这样上档次的高级酒店。|| ||||从房间出来后，我们就在酒店的院子里照相，因为这个酒店的整个院子像个大花园，还有两个小鱼池和假山，后来听负责的人讲，整个酒店大概3亩左右，他们专门接待高等次的客人，外国游客，会员还有小型的商务会议，他们的管理也是在国际上有认可的新加坡式管理，酒店的负责人柳先生（Richard）本人就是新加坡人，他给我们的印象非常好，人很绅士且爱交朋友，他知道我们是来度蜜月后还特地送了我们一瓶智力的红酒，让我们很感动...... 后来在柳先生的介绍下，我们又认识了当地一个人非常好的司机杨师傅，包了杨师傅的车我们去了雪山，拉市海，虎跳峡......|| ||||在丽江我们一共待了六天，要离开的时候我们非常不舍，柳先生也特地在酒店的大堂等我们，要同我们道别，我们和他和司机杨师傅一起合影后恋恋不舍的离开了丽江。|||| ||我们的蜜月总结就是：首先很感谢推荐新纳大酒店给我们的朋友，然后我们也特别的感谢酒店的柳先生，没有他对我们无微不至的照顾和细心的介绍，我们不可能有如此美妙难忘的蜜月。丽江，新纳大酒店，我们还会再来......

7月我与三五好友到丽江游玩，住到预定的新纳酒店，这件酒店非常有特色，每间房间按不同的风格装修，舒适，安逸，房间设施齐全，有时根据不同客人的喜好，进行房间特色服务。非常贴心。还为我们设计了旅游线路，带我们吃特色小吃，像朋友一样，这次非常开心。希望下次再来！！！！我爱你新纳酒店

酒店给我的感觉还不错，位置很好，就在市中心的繁华位置，周围购物很方便。酒店外观很漂亮，庭院错落有致，种满了各种漂亮的植物。房间很大，空间充足，装修也很好，运用了大量的实木，很有档次，就是隔音效果一般，能听得见楼上水龙头的声音。

我当时住的是大床房，价格一晚上是五六百吧。对这个酒店的整体印象非常好，性价比挺高，环境挺好的，交通挺方便的，就在古城里面。对客房服务什么感觉，跟平时的四五星级差不多，卫生挺干净的，房间的舒适度也是非常好的。

My sister and I recently stayed at Sina hotel in Lijiang old town. First, I have to say that the location is almost perfect. This is because it is relatively close to one of the old town gates. So, if you are coming from the airport, you can take a taxi to the gate, and then let Sina hotel know you are there, and someone will come to meet you with a cart to take your bags to the hotel. This is so helpful of them! You cannot drive inside the old town so it is handy to stay at a hotel close to one of the entryways and not have to drag your bags all over the cobblestone streets. And also, there are MANY little alleyways and backstreets with LOTS of little hotels tucked back in there- being non-Chinese-speaking, if I had to try to find one of those hotels (especially if it was nighttime), I think I could end up very frustrated. It is easy to get turned around amongst all those little alleys if you don't know where you're going. We even saw many Chinese tourists staring confusedly at maps, trying to figure out where they were! So the location of Sina hotel was really great (and also a nice distance away from the mass of tourists).||||The only reason it was not perfect, however, is because it is across the street from a small bar/cafe/restaurant that had a live music performance every single night. Luckily for us it was an acoustic performance (just one woman and a guitar), and we actually kind of liked the music, but it was EVERY night and it was VERY loud. Honestly, you could not hear it better even if you were right in the venue! If you are a light sleeper you will have a big problem with this, but I don't know if this happens throughout the year or if it is only at certain times (we stayed around Sept. 23-26). Also, the performance did end at about 11pm every night, so that was at least good, but if you want to go to sleep before then you might be out of luck. ||||I liked the style of the room. The beds were kind of hard, but I actually like this, so it was fine for me and I slept well. The shower is large and modern, so that was really nice, but there were some small water drainage problems under the sink that made the floor around the sink a little messy. The whole room was pretty clean. ||||The outdoor hallway was a real treat- comfy and with a nice view. The courtyard area was also very pretty. ||||The people at the reception area did not speak English but they were very nice and quick to call Nick (the owner) if we needed help communicating. Nick was very friendly and high energy, and very helpful when we had different questions about nearby traveling, etc. ||||I would recommend this hotel unreservedly except for the music from the nearby venue. Double-paned glass on the side of the venue might address this issue, so it's something the hotel could consider, but I'm not sure if it's something that would work with the style of the windows.

我和姐姐最近住在丽江古城的新浪酒店。首先，我不得不说，位置近乎完美。这是因为它距离老城门之一比较近。所以，如果您从机场过来，您可以乘坐出租车到登机口，然后让新浪酒店知道您已经到了，会有人推着车来接您，将您的行李送到酒店。这对他们很有帮助！您无法开车进入老城区，因此入住靠近入口的酒店很方便，而不必拖着行李走遍鹅卵石街道。而且，有很多小巷和后街，里面藏着很多小酒店——对于不会说中文的人来说，如果我必须尝试找到其中一家酒店（特别是在晚上），我想我可以最终非常沮丧。如果您不知道要去哪里，很容易在这些小巷中迷路。我们甚至看到很多中国游客迷茫地盯着地图，试图弄清楚自己在哪里！所以新浪酒店的位置真的很棒（而且离大量游客也很远）。||||它不完美的唯一原因是它在街对面有一个小酒吧/咖啡馆/餐厅每晚都有现场音乐表演。对我们来说幸运的是，这是一场原声表演（只有一个女人和一把吉他），我们实际上有点喜欢这些音乐，但每天晚上都有，而且声音非常响亮。老实说，即使你在现场也听不到更好的声音！如果你睡得很浅，你会遇到很大的问题，但我不知道这种情况是全年都会发生还是只在某些时间发生（我们在 9 月 23 日至 26 日左右入住）。而且，演出确实每晚11点左右结束，所以这至少很好，但如果你想在那之前睡觉，你可能就不那么幸运了。 ||||我喜欢房间的风格。床有点硬，但我真的很喜欢这个，所以这对我来说很好，我睡得很好。淋浴间又大又现代，真的很好，但是水槽下面有一些小排水问题，使得水槽周围的地板有点脏。整个房间还是蛮干净的。 ||||室外走廊真是一种享受——舒适且风景优美。庭院区域也非常漂亮。 ||||接待区的人不会说英语，但如果我们需要沟通方面的帮助，他们非常友善并且很快就给尼克（业主）打电话。尼克非常友好，精力充沛，当我们对附近的旅行等有不同的问题时，他非常乐于助人。 ||||除了附近场地的音乐之外，我会毫无保留地推荐这家酒店。场地一侧的双层玻璃可能会解决这个问题，因此酒店可以考虑这样做，但我不确定它是否适合窗户的风格。

I was not very happy with our stay at the hotel. The manager Nick, who speaks English very well was welcoming and offered us a very good rate. At first glance the room that we took looked OK, but when we actually moved in there is was very apparent that it was in need of a good cleaning. The carpet was stained and dirty and looked as if it had not been vacumed or swept in a long time. The bathroom was large, but there was a water leakage problem and there was always standing water on the floor. The towels were rather thin and grey. The once beautiful grounds were unkempt although there were still vestiges of beautiful flowers and trees. They no longer offer meals, so we had to eat outside on one of the picnic tables in the garden, which should have been very pleasant. But, one morning, the tables were very dirty with empty bottles of beer and dirty glasses all around.||The hotel sits in an enviable position, on a beautiful canal. But, since there is no air conditioning, we had to keep our windows open and there was noise and talking until late at night, in addition to the occasional guitar player. ||We were able to hand wash our light laundry and hang it in the rear of the garden which as nice.||Nick is enthusiastic and helpful, offering sound travel advice . He will arrange private drivers for day tours or longer and take time to help his guests. His housekeeping skills are not so great however !

我对我们在酒店的住宿不太满意。经理尼克英语说得很好，他很热情地接待了我们，并为我们提供了非常优惠的价格。乍一看，我们住的房间看起来还不错，但当我们真正搬进来时，很明显它需要好好清洁一下。地毯又脏又脏，看起来好像很长时间没有吸尘或打扫过。浴室很大，但是有漏水的问题，地板上总是积水。毛巾相当薄而且是灰色的。曾经美丽的土地虽然仍然残存着美丽的花草树木，但现在已变得杂乱无章。他们不再提供餐点，所以我们不得不在外面花园里的一张野餐桌上吃饭，这本来应该是非常愉快的。但是，一天早上，桌子很脏，到处都是空啤酒瓶和脏玻璃杯。||酒店坐落在一个令人羡慕的位置，位于一条美丽的运河上。但是，由于没有空调，我们不得不把窗户打开，除了偶尔有吉他手弹奏之外，噪音和说话声一直持续到深夜。 ||我们可以手洗轻便的衣物并将其挂在花园后面，这也很好。||尼克很热情，乐于助人，提供合理的旅行建议。他会安排私人司机进行一日游或更长时间的旅行，并花时间帮助他的客人。他的看家本领却没有那么出色！

Ideal location. On the edge of Old Town, away from the hustle and bustle yet within walking distance to everywhere. Small and cozy with nice grounds. A gazebo overlooking a river which runs along one side of the hotel is stocked with Chinese tea-making facilities for guests. We enjoyed having a cup of tea when we return from our day's activities. ||Service is superlative. Nick, the Manager, picked us up from the airport. He speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and some English and although we didn't understand each other totally, his warmth and enthusiasm more than made up for any lack. We were allowed to choose our own room as the hotel was not full. After a welcome pu-erh tea, Nick arranged for us to visit the various attractions for next 2 days, together with some other guests, in order to save on transport costs. We stayed here for 3 nights and moved over to another hotel in Shuhe. As driver was not available, Nick drove us there and refused to charge us any fare. He even arranged for our airport transfer 2 days later. ||The driver Mr Yang, was careful and caring and would drive us to as many places to visit as time permits. On our way to the airport, he took us on a longer and scenic route in order that we can see more of Lijiang.||Mr CJ, the GM not only had tea with us but walked us to places we had enquired about.||Staying at Sina Hotel was indeed an exceptional experience where the staff treat each guest like friends. We would definitely stay here again should we return.

理想的位置。位于老城区的边缘，远离喧嚣，但步行即可到达任何地方。小而舒适，有漂亮的庭院。俯瞰酒店一侧河流的凉亭配有中式泡茶设施供客人使用。当我们结束一天的活动回来时，我们很高兴喝杯茶。 ||服务是一流的。经理尼克从机场接我们。他会说普通话、粤语和一些英语，虽然我们不能完全理解对方，但他的热情和热情足以弥补任何不足。由于酒店未满，我们被允许选择自己的房间。喝完迎宾普洱茶后，尼克安排我们和其他客人一起参观接下来两天的各个景点，以节省交通费用。我们在这里住了 3 晚，然后搬到了束河的另一家酒店。由于没有司机，尼克开车送我们去那里，并拒绝向我们收取任何费用。两天后他甚至为我们安排了机场接送服务。 ||司机杨先生，很细心，很贴心，只要时间允许，会带我们去很多景点。在去机场的路上，他带我们走了一条更长、风景优美的路线，以便我们能更多地看到丽江。||总经理CJ先生不仅和我们一起喝茶，还带我们去了我们询问的地方。| |入住新浪酒店确实是一次非凡的体验，工作人员像对待朋友一样对待每位客人。如果我们回来的话，我们肯定会再次留在这里。
