★This is the worst 5 star hotel I had ever stayed in . My family and I stayed at the villa for 2 nights. To be fair , the villa was decent . It was well equipped with all the necessary amenities , and was reasonably comfortable . Unfortunately the service was atrocious . First , the staff there do not speak or understand basic English. . Second , the housekeeping was poorly done . All our coffee cups were left unwashed when we returned at night . The beds were badly made , used tooth brush was thrown away but no new toothbrushes given . It feels very random how the cleaning was done . Third , when we arrived , the buggy dropped us and the luggages at the front of the villa . On departure , the buggy service staff insisted we brought our four big luggages and many small bags to a pick up point 250 m in the rain . Fourth , there was no bell boy . We had to carry our luggages into and out of the villa. . Fifth, we called housekeeping as we broke a glass in the bathroom . No one picked up the call and we got a recorded message that it was unavailable . No one called back . There are many more complaints I had but I think the readers already get the picture . And is not even cheap . Avoid this place .

★Although we were told at front desk when we left for our outing the next morning that housekeeping will be managed. On returning in the evening, we were shocked that Villa was not make up at all other than clearing the bins and replacing used towels. Used cups were unwashed and the sitting area tables uncleaned. Even bedrooms were not properly done up. |On checking out, when called for buggy service as we were a group of 6 with 4 heavy luggages as explained, we were told to carry our own luggages to the buggy waiting point which was quite a distance from the Villa. The excuse was that the buggy could not reach the Villa… which we told the buggy desk that it was not true since we were dropped off in front of our Villa unit when we check in! They then reluctantly sent in a buggy ! |This is a 5-star managed hotel group and definitely did not equal its service standard !

★★★We stayed in block 72 for 3 night, the room is nice and tidy. The service staff is also very responsive. The room is pretty far from the centralised restaurant in the resort and you need a buggy to bring you over for breakfast in the morning. It is a pain in the neck to get to the restaurant, you walked to entrance of the property where the intercom is located. You used the intercom to request for the buggy and wait. There is no queueing system and when the buggy arrives all the guests and rushing and fighting for the seats. We waited for more than 20 minutes before we managed to get into it. We spoken the young buggy driver about the condition and he told us many guests complained about it. Please take this advice when consider staying in this resort.

★★★★房間闊落,但真的是太大了,大到有點怕,可看見雪山,個人靜修可以,早餐一般,跟其他溫德姆酒店來說,這裏的早餐不是五星級,當然早餐收費也不是五星級嘅價錢,所以可以接受,環境是漂亮的!

★★★★房間,及所有環境硬件配套 都非常好!👍🏻但有部份職員的服務態度比較冷淡,亦不專業!感覺不太 helpful 😅- 早餐食物種類豐富,但補給得很慢⋯⋯- 班戟🥞唔太熟,可能係太多要處理🤔- 酒店內有提供電瓶車接送服務,但部份男職員並不helpful,只會將你放在路口,要自行步回😌-該電瓶車的一排座位,怎可坐三個客人!這樣令人感覺非常不專業,亦不尊重客人!
