酒店服務還是一如既往的好！ 位置離古城有點距離，但打車過去也就10分鐘。不過最令我們驚奇的是酒店的早餐真的太好吃了！ 品種非常豐富

位置方便，有免費車位提供，房間清潔。很貼心提示預防高山症及提供薑茶保暖。下次去麗江一定要租希爾頓欢朋洒店。

Hotel is clean, tastefully furnished, and offers a full range of services such as free self service laundry and in room dining. The service at the front desk and the travel consultant are both great. The hotel is not far from the Old Town and there are a row of restaurants just a block away.

What a pleasant stay, breathtaking scenery and spectacular food options!The hotel is not that close to the airport, however it does make for a quieter stay. It’s located close to most attractions and restaurants which is a major plus. The staff are definitely welcoming and the hotel for sure foreign friendly. This was my 3rd time staying in this chain and I have to say everything was in place. The carpets, bedding, linens and couches were clean. I was surprised by how spacious our room was for the price I paid. The food was delicious for sure and as usual you had plenty to choose from. If I was to nitpick, maybe the cutlery and milk could more often be topped up, and the shower door was leaking slightly but this is just me being a ‘Karen’. WHope you all also have a wonderful stay here too.

We have a wonderful time at Liqiang and Hampton by Hilton was situated slightly away from the Ancient city but it’s a nice walk over there in the evening. After spending time at the ancient city, we could take a taxi back and it’s very convenient. The room is clean and spacious and what impressed us is the hospitality of the front desk personnel. A special call out to Lisa who helped checked us in efficiently and referred us to the lady who helped arranged our trip to the Jade Dragon Snow mountain and the Liqiang Impression performance. Otherwise, we would not be able to secure the tickets and had a seamless pickup, tour and return arrangement. Lisa also quickly offered a competitive room rate when we mentioned that we wanted to extend our stay. We are grateful for that.We also want to call out the wonderful service extended by the front desk manager, Linda who personally delivered a fruit platter to our room and checked whether everything was as expected. We can only say the service is exceptional and we decided to stay another night at Liqiang on our return trip from Shangri La. Linda helped arrange everything despite the late notice from us. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend our friends and in fact when we return to Kunming, we may stay at the chain again. This stay has left us with a such pleasant experience.

Clean and comfortable. Nice view of the mountain. Fitness room had a Xbox kinect too. There are two washing machines and it might be difficult to wash clothes if the hotel is packed or during peak periods in the evening.

干净舒适。山上的景色很好。健身房也有 Xbox kinect。有两台洗衣机，如果酒店人多或者晚上高峰期，洗衣服可能会比较困难。

What stands out the most is the great service provided by the staffs at Hampton. Ms Kelly was extremely helpful in finding suitable rooms for our family. Ms Linda went above and beyond call of duty in further arranging the best rooms for us as our children have sensitive nose and allergies. Ms Linda makes an exemplary representative of Hampton as she shows a high level of care, patience, and hospitality.Having a safe deposit would make it much more convenient for hotel guests. For guests who are sensitive to noise, rooms that are away from the carport would be recommended. Further, we had issue with the wifi connectivity. Sometimes, it got cut off.Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese dishes. The restaurant manager is very friendly and helpful.Overall, a good value hotel and rooms are spacious and modern looking. I would recommend Hamption for families and business travellers.
