九寨天堂洲际大饭店

四年前就计划来四川阿坝九寨沟，新冠疫情让我们停下来看世界的脚步，终于趁着天时地利人和的今天来到九寨沟。我们从成都出发直奔九寨沟，选择了入住九寨沟天堂洲际酒店，看了网上的介绍是家被森林围绕的酒店，我和朋友超级喜欢大自然。到达酒店是下午四点，办理完入住回到房间休整，晚饭酒店吃的本地野生菌汤锅，非常Nice。酒店还可以泡汤池，我们选择饭后在酒店内看看建筑，看看特色装饰，犹如在博物馆。两晚的入住让我们感受都很好，希望以后有机会再见啦。

Intercontinental Jiuzhaigou, good hideaway place. ||We arrived late around 10pm after a long hike. The check in was smooth. With low tier IHG status, I booked room with club access. Breakfast was offered at main restaurant given lounge closed. During day time hotel is quite empty as most guest out for sightseeing. Unlike others, we choose to spend a whole day at hotel to relax. We enjoyed afternoon tea / happy hour / morning run outside hotel / spa. Suggest guests check if your package covers above facilities. ||The hotel was one of the early iconic property so signs of wear and tear is clear but nothing affects our stay much. I requested for connecting room but was told the property doesn’t have that. ||The room meets usual 5 star hotel standard but the balcony is a bit small for any practical use except cigarette break I guess. Shower water pressure was great but I noticed a handle bar on the glass door was installed upside down. Nothing worrisome just aesthetics. The property was not crowded judging by both room occupancy and guests at restaurant. The property blends in some local architectural flavor well. ||All facilities are covered in a dome shaped structure so easy to navigate regardless of weather. The indoor garden is good but I got some mild mosqiito bites. ||The hotel is a great hideaway from busy Jiuzhaigou area and it’s a property worth at least two nights stay in my view. ||Till next time. 九寨沟洲际酒店，隐居的好地方。 ||经过长途徒步旅行后，我们晚上 10 点左右到达。登记入住很顺利。由于 IHG 级别较低，我预订了可以使用俱乐部的房间。由于休息室关闭，主餐厅提供早餐。白天酒店很空，因为大多数客人都出去观光。与其他人不同，我们选择在酒店度过一整天放松身心。我们享受下午茶/欢乐时光/早上在酒店/水疗中心外跑步。建议客人检查您的套餐是否涵盖上述设施。 ||这家酒店是早期的标志性酒店之一，因此磨损的迹象很明显，但没有对我们的住宿产生太大影响。我要求提供连通房，但被告知酒店没有连通房。 ||房间符合通常的五星级酒店标准，但阳台有点小，除了抽烟休息之外，其他任何实际用途都没有。淋浴水压很大，但我注意到玻璃门上的把手安装颠倒了。没什么可担心的，只是美观而已。从客房入住率和餐厅客人来看，该酒店并不拥挤。该酒店很好地融合了当地的一些建筑风格。 ||所有设施都覆盖在圆顶形结构中，无论天气如何，都可以轻松导航。室内花园很好，但我被蚊子叮咬了一些。 ||这家酒店是远离繁忙的九寨沟地区的绝佳世外桃源，在我看来，这是一家至少值得住两晚的酒店。 ||下次再见。谢谢九寨沟洲际团队。

The intercontinental was a little disappointing overall. The views and location and stunning however the overall service was lacking. Staff do not seem too bothered of your wellbeing and there isn't much information provided to help you settle in. We appreciate that language can be a limitation however in many other properties staff did not speak much english but still took such great care of us and we used a translator app to help, here was not the case. The food was good but not outstanding.||The pool facilities are super unique due to the design and was one of the primary reasons we booked to go here. Unfortunately very disappointing as the 'hot spring pools' were not even slightly warm, and were full of children playing and screaming. There were many pools that were supposed to be at 37,39 and 40 degrees however they were all around what felt like 24 degrees.||The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The property is very beautiful and unique, just the service was a let down. We would not return.

洲际酒店总体来说有点令人失望。景色和位置令人惊叹，但整体服务缺乏。工作人员似乎不太关心您的健康，也没有提供太多信息来帮助您安顿下来。我们知道语言可能是一个限制，但在许多其他酒店，工作人员不会说太多英语，但仍然非常照顾我们我们使用翻译应用程序来提供帮助，但情况并非如此。食物很好，但并不出色。||泳池设施的设计非常独特，这是我们预订去这里的主要原因之一。不幸的是，非常令人失望，因为“温泉池”甚至没有一点温暖，而且充满了玩耍和尖叫的孩子。有很多泳池的温度本来应该是 37,39 和 40 度，但它们都在 24 度左右。||房间很好，床很舒服。该酒店非常美丽且独特，只是服务令人失望。我们不会回来。

酒店坐落在森林里面，环境十分幽静，空气也很清新。酒店的服务都很细致，入住体验十分不错，房间这些的装修也很新，酒店内还有啥温泉。总体来说还是很满意的。

第一次来九寨沟，这家酒店非常舒服，可以轻轻推开门，与茂密的森林接触，仿佛与大自然融为一体。酒店的早餐极为好。更为难得的是，员工们热情周到，无论是环境还是服务，给我带来了难忘的九寨沟之旅。

5月25.26日在九寨天堂大酒店入住了2晚。原本当天游玩黄龙感觉人很不舒服，比较强的高原反应。办理入住的时候前台服务小伙名叫黄继鹏，知道了我有高原反应，主动告知我应该如何减轻反应症状，暖心的告知了我很多注意事项。还有一位叫格丹佐的藏族姑娘特别热情的帮我办理了入住，并告知房间设备。他们的举动让我特别的感动，人在异乡有一种回家的感觉。感谢贵酒店培养出如此优秀的两位工作人员。请贵酒店代为感谢二位前台服务员。我们会一如既往的选择九寨天堂洲际大酒店，来自一位客人的真切体会及感谢，㊗️贵酒店生意兴隆！

从一进来就能感受到原始森林带来的清新感，大堂的装修风格也很独特很有生命力工作人员都非常热情专业酒店配套的藏服拍摄也超级好看专业化妆效果特别喜欢摄影师很会情绪引导必须全部五星好评才可以
