深圳国际会展中心希尔顿酒店

My room was in general pretty good. Size was big enough. Bed and pillows were good. Toilet and bath was fine. I slept really well and it was quiet at Hilton.||Check-in was smooth too. Wireless worked faultlessly. I stayed in this hotel just one night. When I am next time in this area I will likely stay in Hilton again.||To sum it up: hotel deserves 4 stars. Price value is decent at around CNY 650 per night incl. breakfast. Location is good, as airport is not too far and convention center is nearby.

我的房间总体来说还不错。尺寸足够大。床和枕头都很好。厕所和浴室都很好。我睡得很好，希尔顿很安静。||入住也很顺利。无线工作完美。我在这家酒店只住了一晚。当我下次来这个地区时，我可能会再次入住希尔顿。||总而言之：酒店值得四星级。价格实惠，每晚 650 元人民币左右，含税。早餐。位置很好，离机场不太远，会议中心就在附近。

The Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center is a fantastic new hotel! The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the views of the harbor or city skyline are simply breathtaking. The swimming pool area is a highlight – it's spacious, clean, and offers both indoor and outdoor options. The executive lounge is a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of comfortable seating and a good selection of snacks and drinks. And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet! It's absolutely incredible, with a huge variety of both Western and Chinese dishes to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Shenzhen.

深圳国际会展中心希尔顿酒店是一家非常棒的新酒店！客房现代而舒适，海港或城市天际线的景色令人叹为观止。泳池区是一大亮点——宽敞、干净，并提供室内和室外选择。 行政酒廊是放松身心的好地方，设有充足的舒适座椅以及精选的小吃和饮料。甚至不让我开始吃自助早餐！这绝对令人难以置信，有种类繁多的西式和中式菜肴可供选择。 总的来说，我在深圳国际会展中心希尔顿酒店度过了一段愉快的时光，并强烈推荐给所有在深圳寻找一流酒店体验的人。

行前於網上發現希爾頓飯店的位置就在國展附近且評價相當的高，到當地時雖然飯店離地鐵約5分鐘的步行時間，但有良好的電扶梯及天橋設計，在充足的照明與安全環境下，即便拖著行李箱也能輕鬆到達飯店。飯店前台的服務人員態度相當友善，並給予相當多的幫助及解釋，且以柔性的方式推薦下午茶+晚餐的綜合餐點，價格也在合理範圍。房間正好面對國展18號館，視野開闊、房間衛生無異味、空間碩大、有足夠的辦公桌椅空間、衛浴設備充足且空間非常足夠、有免費的影視作品劇集可以作為消遣、床鋪舒適好入眠。所有的飯店人員都相當有禮貌，並在有疑問時給予適當的幫助！下午茶+晚餐是於20樓的行政酒廊用膳，剛好都是同一組服務人員，服務相當到位，並於用膳結束後給予小禮物，也許這就是賓至如歸的享受吧！未來有機會，一定會再次造訪，感謝希爾頓酒店的一切！

the hotel itself is really new , nice design but the big problem is none of their staff can communicate in english !!!!!!! as a foreigner we are really suffer for this . and they have much lower standard as Hilton like no service. they don't even know how to upgrade for a diamond member . omg

The hotel is very far from the city centre and airport. Room are new, spacious, clean, and fairly maintained. Staff lack hospitality sense and not courteous. Breakfast area is usually crowded and poorly managed in terms of cleanliness and table allotment. You can see guests arguing with each other and staff out of confusion, and unfortunately, staff also lacks english conversation skills. Check-in, Check-out and billing system is pathetic. According to my experience, it is not as per Hilton standard. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

酒店距离市中心和机场都很远。房间很新、宽敞、干净、维护得很好。工作人员缺乏热情好客的意识，没有礼貌。早餐区通常很拥挤，而且在清洁度和餐桌分配方面管理不善。你可以看到客人和工作人员因困惑而互相争吵，不幸的是，工作人员也缺乏英语会话能力。入住、退房和计费系统很糟糕。根据我的经验，这不符合希尔顿的标准。不推荐！

酒店位置雖然離某些觀光點有點遠，但勝在夠新夠乾淨，由房內望出窗外很開揚..... Cool 😊謝謝酒店用心為我朋友安排的生日驚喜！🥳

酒店設施和服務都非常優越，餐飲種類豐富，是合適的度假選擇地方。房間面對海景，擁有廣闊視野，就算留在房內享受舒適佈置，也感愉快。

Rain Tuo in the lobby is one of the greatest people ever. He has helped me so much during my stay here. I occurred a huge problem with my food delivery order he helped me figure it out right away. 5/5 service, 5/5 manners, 5/5 respectful, 5/5 hospitality.
