深圳机场希尔顿逸林酒店

I was in Shenzhen on business for the past few days and, since my meetings were in the BaoAn area, I chose to stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Shenzhen Airport. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with a nearby shopping mall that included a supermarket, several social restaurants, and a cinema. The property features both hotel rooms and residences; I opted for a one-bedroom residence. For those who prefer accommodations that feel like home, this is an excellent choice. I appreciated the large fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher in the room. The staff at the residences were very friendly. Regarding the food and beverage options, the breakfast at their ADD restaurant was average, but the Chinese restaurant was quite good. The room rates were also reasonable.

这几天我在深圳出差，由于会议地点在宝安地区，所以选择入住深圳机场希尔顿逸林酒店。酒店周围环境宜人，附近有一个购物中心，其中包括一家超市、几家社交餐厅和一家电影院。该物业设有酒店客房和住宅；我选择了一间卧室的住宅。对于那些喜欢像家一样的住宿体验的人来说，这里是一个绝佳的选择。我很喜欢房间里的大冰箱、洗衣机和洗碗机。宿舍的工作人员非常友好。至于餐饮选择，他们ADD餐厅的早餐很一般，但中餐厅还是不错的。房价也很合理。

Excellent stay. Amazing room and fantastic servide. Staff is helpful and will definitely come back if coming to shenzhen. The bed is comfy and the bath tub is splendid! Free water as much as we wanted and cookies on arrival day can be requested daily. So nice and very refreshing! 💛💛💛💛

房间设施很舒适，入住兩晚，每天的卫生清洁都处理得很乾净。整体的环境佳，服务到位，退房后到机场还免费叫车送客人到机场，这个服务很棒，以后來深圳还是会选擇这家酒店入住。

環境衛生超好，房間非常舒服，而且很新设施：非常好，不可挑剔！服务：前台Hugo，服務非常好、禮貌、細心、體貼，還送上歡迎Cookies，值得表揚嘉許！在國內住過這麼多城市的星級酒店，真的很少有這麼服務態度的經理！值得推薦！！！

前台服务很亲切、很棒。我订的是雅緻单间，前台自动帮我升級至套房，享受了一夜很舒适的夜晚。除了服务，卫生、环境和设施也都很好，極力推薦！

因為第二天一大早的班機，所以選擇提早一晚住近機場。酒店環境不錯，但前台太小，令第一印象不好。其中一位男接待員服務意識弱，還有另一位女的幹練、有服務意識。適逢聖誕，還給了聖誕曲奇。不知是否好吃，起碼握在手心還是暖的。到房間床上也有一個很用心的圖案。房間是乾淨的，硬件都好。有一點，小女把一大袋朱古力放在雪櫃內，第二天離開時忘帶了，到如今卻都沒有收到酒店的通知（不是在乎那些朱古力），酒店管理上仍有許多進步空間。這些年住不少酒店，別說一大袋朱古力，有時有些東西刻意不帶走，酒店都會打來問一下。但這不影響我下次是否入住它。

接待員幫我們升級了房間，房間整潔衛生，設備齊全現代化，床上還放了新鮮的玫瑰花，很有驚喜。下次到深圳還是會挑這一家。
