Element Chongli

Just came up to Thaiwoo mid-week in December to spend one day in the slopes. The room was very spacious and there if a full size fridge. My room also had a large Sofia. The breakfast was ok, more Chinese style.

There are quite a few international-branded hotels in this area and this one is kinda a 'Marriott' but it doesn't offer anything 'Marriott' or 'Bonvoy' except a Bonvoy sign at the front desk. We've been to many Marriott hotels, from the very high end to the less luxury ones around the world and THIS ONE IS THE WORST. ||First of all, it doesn't recognize Marriott members, regardless what level you are. Secondly, the rooms are in very humble condition - the phone doesn't work, the room key card doesn't work, you name it. The room is quite small and honestly, not even that economical. It is not good value for money and there's no service offered. And I think the hotel is not even aware...||Why even bother getting on a name of a brand if there's no guarantee of consistency of quality? Might as well be a local hotel - there's enough demand for that anyway.

该地区有不少国际品牌酒店，这家有点像“万豪”，但除了前台有“旅享家”标志外，它不提供任何“万豪”或“旅享家”的服务。我们去过很多万豪酒店，从世界各地的高端酒店到不太豪华的酒店，这家是最差的。 ||首先，它不承认万豪会员，无论你是什么级别。其次，房间的条件非常简陋——电话不能用，房间钥匙卡不能用，凡是你能想到的。房间很小，说实话，甚至不那么经济。性价比不高，而且不提供任何服务。我认为酒店甚至没有意识到...||如果不能保证质量的一致性，为什么还要费劲去冠上一个品牌的名字呢？也可能是当地的一家酒店——无论如何都有足够的需求。

首先附圖讓大家看一看，住兩個晚上，在房間裏打死了四隻蒼蠅。然後重點的是在𢹂程訂房的時候，是可以帶寵物，至於費用沒有任何資料，那知道到前台的時候，被告知是一隻寵物¥150，以為是一次性的，到退房的時候，才發現原來是¥150 －天。我奇怪了，提供什麼服務給𠖥物要每天150？沒人告訴我們原來唯一的服務就是清潔，因為我們睡午覺，保潔敲門問要不要清潔，我們便說不用了，但還是一樣，難道不帶寵物就不是每天都清潔嗎？人家凱悅酒店收費都是一次性，還送小狗零食，還提供小窩和餐具給寵物，起碼讓客人感覺到服務的優質。所以總結是失望，以後也不會再來住。

Convenient location, clean rooms. Beds are large but mattresses could be a bit harder. Breakfast options are ok. We were allowed to check in earlier and leave later which is nice☺️

位置方便，房间干净。床很大，但床垫可能有点硬。早餐选择还可以。我们被允许提前入住并稍后离开，这很好☺️

There are couple of hotels operated by international brands across Chongli county in the north to Beijing. This Element hotel is located in Thaiwoo ski resort at the high point of Chongli.||Although it is snowing and windy outside when checking-in, everything feels warmer at the reception area in lobby. Heating equipment works well and joyful service is delivered from the front desk.||My room was arranged and upgraded in advance upon my stay preference. ||Guest room has nice view of the street and the mountain. The large balcony is good for refreshing. Room is well equipment by everything you need for long stay like oven, fridge, cooker.||Service is responded without any delay and delivered with high professional favor upon request in any time. Selia Sun helped me a lot during the whole stay, who is belong to the talented team of this hotel.||B&F also has the highest quality across Chongli county. Breakfast included in every room is well valuable and rich enough for guests’ flavor.||I am going to visit this splendid home again when summer.

北京以北的崇礼县有多家国际品牌经营的酒店。这家源宿酒店位于崇礼高点的太舞滑雪场。||虽然办理入住时外面下着雪，风很大，但大堂接待区的一切都感觉更温暖。供暖设备运转良好，前台提供令人愉快的服务。||我的房间是根据我的入住偏好提前安排和升级的。 ||客房享有街道和山景。大阳台很适合提神。房间设备齐全，配有您长期住宿所需的一切，如烤箱、冰箱、炊具。||服务会立即响应，并根据要求随时提供高度专业的服务。 Selia Sun在整个住宿期间给了我很多帮助，她属于这家酒店的优秀团队。||B&F在崇礼县的品质也是最高的。每个房间包含的早餐很有价值，而且足够满足客人的口味。||夏天的时候我会再次参观这个华丽的家。

预订之前看了别人的评论，心里很担心，但还是决定去试着住一次。结果还是不错的。 酒店位置很好，虽然周边配套设施还不够多，但对滑雪的人来说是很方便的。 酒店员工服务很热情，积极地帮助住客解决问题。酒店住客去太舞滑雪是有一定的折扣，而且酒店可以帮助住客把雪具送到雪场。 早餐的菜品选择不是特别多，但比目前其他崇礼4、5星酒店的早餐更好。 酒店对SPG会员的认可还算不错。但是预定时不接受SPG suite-upgrade确实是不合理。 酒店比较新，个别地方还有一些装修味道。建议酒店经常通风，在国内哪个人不担心这方面的影响啊。

入住源宿酒店源于一个公众号的推荐，建筑风格与太舞小镇整体一脉相承，给人清新的感觉，大堂区偏度假与滑雪配套，没有高大空间，但还比较温馨，最能说明问题的就是check in区域还被一根柱子分割为两个部分。 客房内整体印象不错，简单的餐厨配置比较方便，对家庭出行的，尤其是有幼儿的，需要热食的，帮助比较大。 旋转电视设置，是房间内动静分离，很有创意。 阳台区域应该摆设一些活动家具，便于观景。阳台上的窗外也应该每天及时清理，灰尘较多。 泳池及健身配套很有必要，体验感也不错。

前台接待人员热情专业，只是告知是金卡会员，经我要求才升级了房型并延时退房，并不是及时识别金卡会员后主动提供待遇。房间设施很新，沙发床和厨房设备适合家庭入住，灯光系统柔和温馨，电视360°旋转视觉无死角。不足的是床上用品有很大静电，建议更换洗涤产品。房间地毯卫生有待改善，全是头发。泳池，健身设施，早餐符合品牌定位。总体而言比较满意，推荐。
