Courtyard By Marriott Chongli

This is really beautiful hotel, ski in ski out hotel, safe for ski resort, the staffs really really taking care of their guests, my stayed is included ski ticket for 2, and so surprised that the hotel free upgraded my room to ski view. The service is absolutely excellent. It’s free shuttle bus from Chongli train station to the hotel, Aranya & courtyard by Marriott is same company both also under Marriott. I would stay here for ski again next year.

这是一家非常漂亮的酒店，可以滑雪进出酒店，滑雪场很安全，工作人员真的很照顾他们的客人，我的住宿包含 2 人的滑雪票，令我惊讶的是，酒店免费将我的房间升级为滑雪景观房。服务绝对是一流的。从崇礼火车站到酒店有免费班车，阿那亚酒店和万豪万怡酒店是同一家公司，也是万豪旗下的。明年我会再次住在这里滑雪。

前台服務用心，樂意幫客人解決問題，房間整潔非常到位，暖氣非常足夠（有點熱要開點窗才能入睡），非常近滑場，一出餐廳門口就係，我見有些人，入來飲杯咖啡就出去再滑過，滑雪方面：屬於私人滑雪場，只係開放給住客使用，非常適合新手小白，雪具好新正，我帶小朋友來學，請咗教練，非常用心👍，值得一讚。飲食方面：酒店範圍揀擇比較少，不過味道唔錯（要留意營業時間），如果想要多啲揀擇，可以步行十幾分鐘到旁邊富龍滑雪場，我就，call車去崇禮城食（東北燉大鵝）😋😋😋十多分鐘到。交通方面：首選高鐵，高鐵站有接駁車，（要留意班次時間）期望酒店改善方面：跟顧客溝通方面，我特登加咗酒店微信公眾號，每一次詢問問題都要很久才回覆，我在高鉄接駁車方面就出現過問題，（其實把班次時間表放在公眾號就可以）

We had higher expectations as it’s supposed to be manager by Aranya (Hebe place is fantastic). Yes we know it’s a Courtyard by Marriott, so we don’t expect the same amenities, pillows etc as at a Marriott. However, cleanliness should always be a priority, staff all seem to be new and have very little knowledge about both the property and the surrounding, what’s possible and not. |The sloops are short with 2 lifts, generally it’s small compared to others in the rounding areas. |I would say that at 2500rmb per night it’s not worth it if you consider the other alternatives in the area. Maybe it will, as most here, develop more in the future.
