Rooms are clean and beds are also comfortable. Automated room service to request for necessities. Laundry room available for all guests is a plus point, however this can be better if it’s not a shared space with the gym.

The front desk 拾柒 services is very patient as well as nice. Fengqilu Station is located directly in front of the hotel. There are self service free laundry and dryer services provided.

Fengqilu Station is located directly in front of the hotel. There are self service free laundry and dryer services provided. Room was clean but has a very sad view - facing a building. Shower area is a bit small and no where to hang your clothes. Likes that the sink and shower area is separated.

The front desk is services are very patient as well as nice. Hotel rooms tht we stayed for the 2 nights is clean and hygienic. Easy to travel around the place of attraction of hang zhou.

Booked them on Agoda May2024. The stay was okay for normal people, but not suitable for handicapped. They didn't manage to charge the credit card through Agoda so we paid it on the spot during check out. However, a few days later we had another transaction on the card with a different amount. Agoda is trying to help us, but the hotel refuse to acknowledge they charge us.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Hangzhou Urcove hotel, especially considering my eight years of being a Hyatt member. The front desk concierge lacked experience, and one female staff member displayed impatience, likely due to being busy. The rooms were quite small, with low water flow, and we overheard the same female staff member speaking unprofessionally to her coworker during our check-in.

the map’s location is so wrong by more than 1km Off…it is nearer to Wulin Night Mkt (500m walk). The room lighting control is so confusing and difficult to manage. Trying to make it high tech makes it even more user unfriendly.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hangzhou planning to stay near West lake. The metro line 1 is just in front of the hotel and is connected to the railway station and airport. There is a mall opposite of the hotel accessible through underground passage. It is also within walking distance to West Lake, although abit far (I would recommend taking metro to Longxiangqiao and walk few hundred metres) Service was good and English-friendly.

强烈推荐这家酒店给所有前往杭州并计划住在西湖附近的人。地铁1号线就位于酒店门前，连接火车站和机场。酒店对面有一个商场，可通过地下通道进入。步行即可到达西湖，虽然有点远（我建议乘坐地铁到龙翔桥，然后步行几百米）服务很好，而且会说英语。
