Novotel Qiandao Lake (Opening November 2019)

房間環境很不錯，下次還會再來。酒店地理位置也很好，距離湖中心市區很近，距離天玙山也就10分鐘左右，酒店大堂很漂亮，早餐也不錯，還有酒店服務人員和前台小姐姐，特別是吳慧君小姐姐，服務態度太太太太太好了，非常感謝酒店的招待，下次還會再來喔，嘻嘻~

We stayed there in November 2023 and got an upgrade with a nice tub in the room. thank you. It was very nice. The only thing which was special for this room, was that the door to the balcony was not closed tight so cold air cold come in. The breakfast had an good amount of different food and was good. The staff was very nice also the did not speak English, but thats no problem.

我们于 2023 年 11 月住在那里，并得到了升级，房间里有一个漂亮的浴缸。谢谢。非常好。这个房间唯一特别的地方是阳台的门没有关紧，所以冷空气进来了。早餐有很多不同的食物，很好。工作人员非常好，也不会说英语，但这没问题。

酒店前台非常熱情，提供旅遊諮詢及協助定票的小姐姐也非常細心到位，小管家雅婷每日的溫馨天氣提醒感覺很暖心，之後再帶家人來旅行～

酒店很大，設施也較新。入住的時候不是旺季，客人不多，前臺很熱情的辦好入住手續。特別是前臺的劉經理，還特地加了微信，介紹酒店設備和周邊信息，感覺有管家的服務。另外酒店的位置很好，酒店附近50米就是一條食街。晚上吃飯方便、有選擇。

It is a merely 3 years old hotel but everything looks pretty worn. The swimming pool is nice but not as nice as on photos. The kids indoor playground is nice for kids under 5. But for the rest, it is not really worth the 5 star. The room design is rather weird. We booked a superior family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. The size is okay with a balcony. But there is only 1 chair on the balcony. The toilet is facing the bed directly and the shower as well. There is no any privacy for the guests sharing the room. Even with your own child, you deserve some privacy I suppose. The wash table is right next to the bed which is also weird. The overall design is not well thought to my opinion. The breakfast hall is huge but the quality of the food is disappointing (not the worst but definitely not best for a 5 star). The lady standing in front of the breakfast hall for welcoming the guests is always grumpy. The price is too high for what you get in general. But anyway, the island is way too pricy for what it can offer. Will not return any time soon. And the toilet in our room stinks a little.

这是一家只有三年历史的酒店，但一切看起来都很破旧。游泳池很漂亮，但不如照片上的那么好。儿童室内游乐场很适合 5 岁以下的孩子。但对于其他人来说，它真的不值得 5 星级。房间的设计比较奇怪。我们预订了一间高级家庭房，配备 1 张大床和 1 张单人床。面积还可以，有阳台。但阳台上只有一把椅子。厕所正对着床，淋浴也正对着床。共用房间的客人没有任何隐私。我认为即使有自己的孩子，你也应该有一些隐私。洗漱台就在床旁边，这也很奇怪。我认为整体设计并没有经过深思熟虑。早餐室很大，但食物的质量令人失望（不是最差的，但对于五星级来说绝对不是最好的）。站在早餐厅前迎接客人的那位女士总是脾气暴躁。对于你所得到的一般价格来说太高了。但无论如何，这个岛对于它能提供的东西来说太贵了。不会很快回来。而且我们房间的厕所有点臭。

Family with mouth to Qiandao Lake travel, play three days to find the Novotel hotel Qiandao Lake, choose this hotel is not wrong, very beautiful swimming pool, and children's playground free play, children play, if not to go back to school are not willing to check out. I will come again next time, thanks to the warm service of the front desk and the beautiful sisters in the room. lt feels like home.

一家人带着口去千岛湖旅游，玩了三天就找到了千岛湖诺富特酒店，选这个酒店没有错，泳池很漂亮，还有儿童乐园免费玩，孩子玩的话，如果不回学校都不愿意去检查一下。下次还会再来，感谢前台的热情服务和房间里漂亮的姐姐们。感觉就像在家一样。
