Karen Hotel is just perfect to scape and relax! They have a great location and property, to just spend you time wondering between the tiny islands that they are part of the property, looking at the lake and mountains, or enjoying the different luxury commodities. ||My family and I had such a nice time. They take such a good care of you. The food is delicious, fresh (specially the fish and the vegetables from the organic garden). ||If you want to move a bit, you can always have a nice walk in the property, kayak around, or swim during the warm season. ||Rooms are big, all with a nice view, comfortable, all details taken care. From the toiletries, to the mini bar, all amenities are amazing! ||Close by, walking distance (or if you prefer ride one of the bikes they have available at the hotel) there is "Cheer Town", home of the local brewery. There you can find go carts, food stalls, beer sample rooms, small climbing wall, and other stuff, if you want to do something during the evening. ||All we can say, as a family, is that is worth it every yuan we paid for the room. We love it.

It’s attention to the small details that make the great hotels stand out from the rest; and Hotel Karen pays attention to every detail you can imagine: from the Hermes lotions, bath salts and eye masks, to the delicious teas and coffee. ||Everything about our stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting out on our private balcony overlooking the lake and enjoying the peace the quiet. A walk around the hotel’s islands is a nice way to unwind in nature.||Hotel Karen is the antidote to city living and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get some peace and quiet in a luxurious setting.

第二次入住可人，酒店充满设计感，注重每一个细节，房间阳台可以看到湖景，非常惬意，客房的对面是酒店的小岛，养着鸡，还有各种有机蔬菜。酒店的服务人都很Nice，小朋友的足球不小心踢到湖里，酒店工作人员特别认真对待，想办法帮我们把球打捞上来，非常感动，实实在在地体会到宾至如归的感觉。酒店的中餐也很可口，食材非常棒，离店时还贴心地为我们订制了皮质行李牌，赠送了一条鲜活的千岛湖有机鲫鱼，回到家还能品味千岛湖的美味，非常感谢，体验感满分。

We stayed at Hotel Karen and found it to be a beautiful, peaceful place with everything of an immaculate standard. Helpful staff, delicious food and stunning scenery make it must- see destination. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable with small, thoughtful touches that really elevate your stay. I would love to visit again for a break from the city and to enjoy the pool in warmer weather. Highly recommended!!

What a delight it was to walk into my beautiful guest room and to feel so relaxed! Everything I needed had been thoughtfully included in my room and the bed!... So comfy!! From the attentive staff to the delicious food and the beautiful scenery... I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a quiet retreat away.

干净，走廊可以赤脚。友善，离店两个月后的中秋竟然收到了可人的礼物。一听到夜的钢琴曲就会想起可人，千岛湖是一个，因为可人，愿意再来一次的地方。|

上海から高速鉄道で2時間、千島湖駅から車で30分ほどで着くこのホテルは、街の喧騒から離れて心穏やかに過ごすには最適な場所のように思える。||自然の中に溶け込む、角の取れた建築や内装。||晴れていれば湖面が輝き、雨が降れば濡れた緑がしっとりと美しい。||||敷地内にある離れ小島に散歩に行くと、緑や湖がぐっと近く感じることができるし、ホテルのスタッフさん達の気取らず柔らかい接客も、澄んだ味の料理も、私の心を丸くしてくれた。||||撮った写真にもその心持ちが現れたようで、今見返しても嬉しい。||||日々溜め込んだ棘を取るために、また来たくなるホテルだった。

这家酒店距离上海仅 2 小时高铁车程，距离千岛湖站约 30 分钟车程，似乎是逃离城市喧嚣的完美场所。 ||带有圆角的建筑和室内装饰，与自然融为一体。 ||晴天的时候，湖面闪闪发亮，下雨的时候，湿漉漉的绿叶变得滋润美丽。 ||||当我去酒店内的一个偏远小岛上散步时，我感觉与绿树和湖泊非常亲近，还有酒店工作人员朴实温柔的客户服务，以及食物的清香，这一切都让我的心融化了。 ||||我拍的照片里似乎也有这种感觉，现在回想起来我很高兴。 ||||是一家让我想再次回来，摆脱每天积累的刺的酒店。
