一踏進千島湖假日酒店，就有一種舒爽感。大堂高挑明亮，總台和咖啡廳服務人員親切又耐心，看起來訓練有素。房間大且乾淨，早餐豐富。到店前、離店前都得到前台職員非常熱心專業的幫助。謝謝洪雁琴及同班搭檔的小姐及前一天戴眼鏡的先生。

the room is very spacious, and has a lovely view. If you go downstairs, there's someone who can help you find activities to do in Qiandaohu. The reception area is really good. They are more than friendly and willing to adjust your check out time.

房间很宽敞，风景也很美。如果你下楼，有人可以帮你找千岛湖的活动。接待区真的很好。他们非常友好并且愿意调整您的退房时间。

Good place, good location. Easy to find and good service. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Some of them spoke English which made things easiers. The hotel is close by a lake and is walking distance to other streets. Rooms are clean and kept well.

好地方，好位置。很容易找到而且服务很好。工作人员很友好，乐于助人。他们中的一些人会说英语，这让事情变得更容易。酒店靠近湖泊，步行即可到达其他街道。房间很干净而且维护得很好。

it’s a nice hotel with good value for money to spend a nice weekend exploring around the lake town and close by sights. if you’re looking for a resort this is not it. but I would come here again!

I have been a platinum member of IHG for many years. this was a leisure trip with my family. the hotel has sufficient underground parking spaces, and it can easily access express highway so it's a great stop for your road trip. there is a small playground near the reception and kids like that. staffs are nice and helpful, they upgrade my room to junior suite, room service prepared the soft bed quickly after our arrival. nice experience overall!

酒店地點方便，鄰近千島湖淳安鎭千島湖廣場，步行數分鐘便有大型商場及有很多地道食肆選擇。酒店房間舒適衞生，設備及淋浴間滿意。我下次都會入住這間酒店。
