早上出發去機場!本來時間就很趕。結果洗澡沒有熱水。整個是用溫水洗的澡。洗澡噴頭 到處亂噴水 差評。下去跟前台講。直接很敷衍的回覆我說 太早了 還沒有熱水。 無語了

非常貼心的服務，特別感謝前台小哥哥王昊俊，不止人帥還非常細心有耐性，五星服務，令我們第一次到杭州感受非常完美，以後一定再來開元名都

The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap. Draps and blanket of the bed made my skin irritated a bit.

酒店距离杭州东站有点远，去其他城市的班次很多。隔壁没有CVS。工作人员很好，尤其是卡罗琳和妮可，他们在我住宿期间为我提供了很多帮助。我一个人去的，根本不会说中文。房间很舒适，有大浴缸、很好的淋浴和肥皂。床单和毯子让我的皮肤有点刺激。

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room. Swimming pool and sauna are nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.Tried to book again in June 2022 but was informed it is now a quarantine hotel and not taking bookings even though it is still listed on Trip.

美丽的酒店，房间干净宽敞。游泳池和桑拿浴室很不错，早餐很棒，有很多选择。2022 年 6 月尝试再次预订，但被告知现在是一家隔离酒店，不接受预订，尽管它仍然列在 Trip 上。

酒店位置十分方便，就在地鐵站隔鄰，附近有不同的食肆，非常便利，酒店房間寬敞，衞生整潔，惟一略嫌隔音方面可以改善，整體來說都是一次美滿的住宿

The rooms were large, clean and modern and impossible to fault. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible with virtually anything you can think of. The only two faults are 1) Wi-Fi didn't work and 2) location is a 25 minute taxi from the main tourist site (the lake)

房间很大，干净，现代，无可挑剔。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。自助早餐棒极了，几乎有你能想到的任何东西。唯一的两个缺点是 1) Wi-Fi 不能用，2) 位置距离主要旅游景点（湖）需要 25 分钟出租车

Very new hotel (opened in June 2018). Great western, chinese, and japanese food selection for breakfast Excellent, very friendly, and courteous service staff. Will do everything they can to help out. Very quiet at nights (room XX09) A subway line is being built closeby so soon it will be very easy to go around as well. Would definitely come back here in future trips.

非常新的酒店（2018 年 6 月开业）。早餐有丰富的西式、中式和日式食物可供选择 服务人员非常好，非常友好且有礼貌。会尽一切努力提供帮助。 晚上很安静（XX09室） 附近正在修建地铁线，很快出行也很方便。 在以后的旅行中肯定会回到这里。
